I do not own these, but I can still be a critic. These are NOT worth it. My friend has a set of these, and won't even use the bass drum case anymore, as it is too risky and damaging to his drums. I will list the pros and cons below.Pros:-They are multifit for depths for about a 6 inch range, so if you don't want to worry about depths, they can be good.Cons:-No Foam or Padding on the inside.-Can easily damage your drums.-Don't have shoulder straps to carry them with.-Like many other cases, they don't support rims mounts, so you have to basically order an extra inch of space for the diameter.-More expensive than Beato or SKB bags, which are 10x better than these(padded, beato even has a carrying strap). So as you can see, these may not be for you. Just buy some beato bags or SKBs if you need to protect your drums. If you can't afford either of the above, you are pretty much better off without cases. The chance of them getting scratched is just as good with the cases as without.

ok...

By timmie

these cases are ok, not quite what i had expected though... these cases are good for a person on a tight budget, but not deffinitly not the best cases on the market, but they will do the job. they are also very thin, and the straps are very difficult to use. overall i would not recommend these cases for the person with a larger wallet...

Bad

Don't waste your money unless you need to. Will not protect finishes, may even scratch them. There is not even a fabric lining. Cheap, but almost worthless; only good so you don't bang the finish while carrying. Not suggested for moderate to heavy touring. Only buy if you absolutely cannot afford better. I would even suggest soft cases, and I hated soft cases!

Is this really what I paid for?

By Maverick-DBnhL

I really don't know ANY drummer in their right mind that would even consider putting, even the cheapest of drumsets, anywhere near these cases letalone inside. They are extremely thin, and the rivits would put scraches everywhere.

Not all that good

I bought these in July....If these are what you can afford, they will work but if you can get the better ones (like skb)I put the drums in pillow cases and blankets and it protects the finish. But the cases are wore out now and I need knew cases. So if this is what you can afford they will hold you over till you can get something better ( cover the drums in something first) but get the better ones if you can.

Looks nice, but not quite practical

they look very nice from a distance but is actually kinda like thick cardboard, soft and not too thick just about 3cm, and does NOT have any kind of insulation, not too good at protecting the drums... and for this price, it's a little expensive...

not bad for the money

These cases are fine for the cost, I was needing cases for a new set i just purchased and didn't have a lot of cash. The only problem I have is when you put the drums in the case you have to flip the whole thing over to buckle the strap, straps should be attached to the bottom part instead of the top.

pretty flemsy--I guess you get what you pay for. These are horrible, they don't last for a darn.

Its All About Expectations...

By lil bunny fufu

I decided that I wanted to purchase some cases for my kit that would make it easier to move around and provide a degree of protection from bumps, scratches, etc. On those marks, aces all around. They're the cheapest things you're likely to find, and they're functional. Will they protect your kit from a 5 foot drop? No. Will they hold a person jumping on them? No. Do they make it easier to haul your kit around? Yes. Do they help protect from small bangs and scratches? Yes.I went out and got some 3/8" foam and glued it in to add some additional protection. Works great. You could also use a packing blanket in 'em.Be realistic. If you need some heavy-mojo cases, buy heavy-mojo cases. If you need to get by, these'll do just fine.
