Now, that's a Keyboard Stand!

I think an elephant could sit on this stand.

Value:

I wasn't expecting to have such a great rack for so little money. I would have payed double (but I'm glad I didn't have to.)

Overall:

I have a Yamaha P-250 and a Hammond XK-1 sitting on the stand. The P-250 is a big and heavy digital piano. I feel comfortable that my KB stand will hold it without any problems. My XK-1 sits on the extension rack. Wow, what a substantial rack for my rig. Also, I have plenty of room for my PK5 midi pedals underneath. If I can find a organ bench of the same quality for the same money, I'll be in heaven!

This is a great keyboard stand for either sitting or standing when playing. I use four different keyboards on it and it's NEVER a problem as far as setup. "Z" styling makes this unit very stable and sturdy construction is 1st class. It's a few bucks more than some other stands ... but believe me ... worth every penny!

Can it hold a Rhodes?

Yes, It can hold a Rhodes! I got my Rhodes 88 Stage on it right now- all 160 odd lbs of it. I don't care much for the sissy, spindly Rhodes legs. Rock solid stand, cannot be beat for HEAVY items. I can throw the Rhodes on there, and still put another keyboard on the 2nd tier. 2nd tier good for lighter keyboards; 75 lbs may be right, but I wouldnt put more than 50 lbs on it. But go weigh your keyboards and see how many 50+ lb ones you have. I bought one of these, and bought another one a year later; not because the 1st one broke, but because they're so reliable.

only reason I gave this an overall of "4" is because it is a bit cumbersome if you have to tear it all down every time you gig, as it's a bit time consuming to put back together.  Aside from that it's a great stand, very sturdy and usable.
