It may sound like hyperbole or exaggeration, but I mean it when I say that this amp stand is the greatest product on the face of God's green earth. The quality, reliability, and value present in this fine offering have not been matched in my lifetime and likely will never again be matched. My Deluxe Reverb has never sounded better, now that it is facing my ears and not the back of my legs sitting on some dopey chair. If you're using a chair for a stand, quit being an idiot and buy this pinnacle of human achievment today. You and your family will not regret it.
There is literally nothing more you could ask for in an amp stand. This is an amazing product. I got this because I was tired of putting my Deluxe Reverb on some ratty piece of garbage chair and looking like a huge jerk at practice and at gigs. "Here comes ol' amp-on-chair", they'd all sneer. After hearing this for the umpteenth time I decided that enough was enough and ordered this amp stand. It folds up to a convenient size for transport, and you can set the height and angle of your amp very easily. Nice big dials to turn and lock in your desired position. It's an awesome black color that looks great on stage, I grew slightly tumescent when I saw it for the first time.
Unlike the sinister, execrable chair, this stand is rock-solid. That Deluxe Reverb isn't going anywhere. This thing feels like it was made from steel forged in the cauldron of Superman's balls. Everything is well put together and I can imagine this thing lasting a lot longer than I do. Yes, when my withered corpse lies rotting in a moldy grave, worms crawling in and out of my crumbling eye sockets, long after my children's children have themselves grown old and passed and I am but a footnote to the history of mankind, this amp stand will probably still be holding up that Deluxe Reverb.
This amp stand is worth at least twenty times what I paid for it. I've seen other, less expensive amp stands, but I imagine anything else you could buy for this price or less would collapse like a Greek economy and destroy whatever precious amp you had entrusted into its feeble arms. An amp stand of this quality and panache will only appreciate in value as the years roll by. It's rare that one uses the term "heirloom quality" when discussing amplifier stands, but believe me, the term fully applies here. This amp stand may well be what puts my grandson through college. Buy with confidence knowing that you can't possibly get a better amp stand for any amount of money.

Stand is difficult to set up, particularly on a dimly lit stage. The rubber caps on the top section were not glued on, and will no doubt be lost at some point. This product is made in China, and is priced higher than it's worth. If it weren't so much trouble, I'd return it and opt for something more simple in function and design. Don't waste your money.

Comments about On-Stage Stands Pro Tiltback Amp Stand:
This is a good stand for my purposes. One of my favorite uses for this stand is simply to raise the amp higher for my studio rehearsal time - when I am listening at low volumes. Having the amp angled right at your head makes all the difference in hearing more from your amp at low volumes. It competently holds my 80 lb Marshall; and it allows me to adjust both the height and angle of the amp. It does not move around once your amp is on it. Rock solid, sturdy, versatile!
Pros
- Very Stable At 50 Lbs
Cons
- Not Stable At 80 Lbs

Comments about On-Stage Stands Pro Tiltback Amp Stand:
Used this stand for almost a year and didn't have any problems at all. In fact, the stand worked great. The amp that I used it for was 50 lbs. Well I blew that one and upgraded to a tube amp. The amp sounds great, but it weights a little over 80 lbs. It is very wobbly on this stand. The description says up to 90 lbs, but I'm comfortable with it at all. I'm going to have to find something else at this point.

Comments about On-Stage Stands Pro Tiltback Amp Stand:
Overall it should meet most requirements. It may be challenged by a really heavy Combo, but for most applications it will be more than adequate.
Very versatile with simple adjustments. Easy to change height and angle.
Solidly built and easy to use. should last a long time.
A bit more expansive than other amp stands, but the quality shows.
Comments about On-Stage Stands Pro Tiltback Amp Stand:
This stand works so great I bought a second one after using one for a couple months. It adjusts to many different angles, which is great. It is a strong metal stand, unlike others on the market. It can hold small amps and is plenty stable for small amps. Some 2x12 amps may be too heavy, but there are plenty of killer guitar amps that are not heavy. Works great if you mike your amps. You can point the amps back at the guitar player to keep stage noise down. Also works great for "monitor" amps. For example, you can put a small amp on the stand for an acoustic guitar player that needs to hear himself. Send the direct box main feed direct to the main board but send the other direct box out to an amp on this stand. Allows the guitar player to hear himself without sending things into the stage monitor mix.
Adjusts very nicely. Get the angle you want.
Get the Pro model, which is this model.
It has the best adjustment design.
This is built well. If you plan to set up and tear down every night, it might wear out. If you have a steady gig where you can leave it set up, it will last forever. It folds up nicely, but the fewer times you have to take it down and set it up, the longer it will last. You might consider leaving it in the "set up" position and transporting it that way if you have room and are careful with your equipment.
Much better than other stands on the market. It can hold small amps the other stands cannot hold. Again, you want this model (the Pro model).
Comments about On-Stage Stands Pro Tiltback Amp Stand:
I'd buy it again.
Arrived on time, packed well, perfect condition. EZ set up, tried it with Blues Junior, Vox VT40+, Yamaha EMX512 Mixer/amp, held all three securely.
Appears very well built and finished.
Good value.

Comments about On-Stage Stands Pro Tiltback Amp Stand:
Very versatile stand. Excellent for small amps. Can even be used for other stage gear you need to access, too. If you are short on monitor sends and can't feed all 8+ people a separate mix, use these stands and point them back at the guitar players so they can monitor their sound.
Can adjust to many angles.
Built well. Very study compared to many other stands.
Great stand for the money.
Comments about On-Stage Stands Pro Tiltback Amp Stand:
I have used this at home, casual play at friends house, and for gigs. If you set it up too high, of course it's going to be off balance, it can"t hold an 80+ lb. tube amp with only a 3 inch leg spread!! I put a Fender Hot Rod Deville 2X12 on it and "set and forget it". As mentioned earlier, mark it with a Silver Sharpie and your setting will always be the same. Unless you plan on climbing on top of your amp and diving off, this thing will hold whatever amp you are going to put on it. at the price, it is not CHEAP, it is relatively inexpensive. Yet after you use it, it will be hard to get along without it (For you 2X12 combo guys like me).
Two separate adjustments. One for height the other for amp angle, can't beat it! Folds (relatively) flat, easy to throw in the car, trailer, have a roadie pack it.... whatever you do!
All Metal, good twist caps. Seems are all welded nicely. Rugged piece of machinery.
Not the cheapest one out there but then again it offers much more. it isn't just just a stand to "get it off the ground" It is user customizable to be whatever you want it to be. For the price, it is well worth it!
Comments about On-Stage Stands Pro Tiltback Amp Stand:
The Best on the market for the money. It stays in place and is easy to adjust and is virtually indestructable. Don't buy cheaper to save a few bucks. You'll end up regretting it.
Very good, very adjustable and above all VERY dturdy, you can buy cheaper but you'll end up regretting it
On Stage is one of the best names in the business, They are a quality company who make HIGH quality stands
This is the BEST amp stand you can buy for the money, very stable, strong and doesn't get tipped over no matter who lively your show. Top of the heap. head and shoulders above the others. But this one or regret that you didn't later. It's worth every penny
