Comments about On-Stage Stands Rosewood Tubular Guitar Stand:

I bought this stand a couple of years ago and decided to buy a 2nd one because I like the first one I purchased so much. It's sturdy, it's beautiful to look at, and it really shows off those guitars you spent a lot of money on that you don't necessarily want to take to a gig.

They are very well made and it's rosewood which is a good hardwood that is meant to showcase your finer gear in your studio or in your living room and holds up very well.

Yes I own an assortment of the usual black metal stands for stage which also do their job just fine but those get dents and scratches from the road and packing in and out of the clubs. I wanted something extra nice for my home which just add some extra class.

I looked at several stands and decided on this one. It is very nice compared to the black stands and securely holds my guitar. Very pleased!
The stand is very pretty, well made and holds my guitar perfectly!
    Very well made.
I think it is a very good value for the money.

    Rosewood Guitar Stand

    By Bill Drazkowski

Comments about On-Stage Stands Rosewood Tubular Guitar Stand:

All in all, this stand does what a guitar stand is supposed to do - keep your axe from falling over. It is the way that it does it that sets it apart from all other stands. If you want to make a statement, buy this stand. Everyone will tell you it is a beautiful piece of equipment. The only problem? You might have to buy another guitar pretty enough to place in it.
This guitar stand is gorgeous. If you have a guitar with a beautiful finish, why not show it off by placing it on a stand that is equally as beautiful? the only part i would change on the stand is the rubber-band locking mechanism. Put on of those hinged units to keep the neck of the guitar from falling forward and you will have a great stand.
I own several guitars and this stand is right up there for quality. I see no reason why you wouldn't put your favorite guitar in this one.
I think that this stand is one of those products that satisfies a need in this guitar accessory space. Everything else is industrial or mechanical looking. With this stand, you get real wood - rosewood, no less.

Comments about On-Stage Stands Rosewood Tubular Guitar Stand:

I'm giving this stand a higher overall rating because it suits my purposes and finding a moderately-priced stand with aesthetic appeal wasn't exactly easy.

The stand has a pretty wide footprint and it depends on this for stability, as the materials are surprisingly light. The upper yoke rocks a lot if you brush against it, so securing the safety strap is highly recommended.

I trust this stand with my moderately-priced Dean, but if I decide to move up to a "better" brand (I use quotation marks because I personally love Dean instruments), I believe I will invest in something sturdier.

The finish wasn't that great, but after a good rub-dow with a scratch-remover furniture polish (the kind with it's own tint), I was satisfied.

Overall,I don't regret the purchase- I'm just not impressed. The look isn't as eye-catching as I had hoped, and I could have gotten a metal stand with way more features and heft for the same amount of money.
Very basic guitar stand. Could probably get the same quality metal stand for less.
Very light-weight, and I had to correct the finish myself.
For the price, I traded features and reliability for the under-whelming look of wood.

    good stand

Comments about On-Stage Stands Rosewood Tubular Guitar Stand:

I honestly didn't ever get this stand, but my experience with stands has always been that they aren't designed to be perfect. Especially the cheap ones like this. I only gave it all 5s to redeem itself because I feel that it is the underrated dog here. If you want your stand to look fancy buy this but don't expect it to be the best stand out there it's not that kind of quality and most aren't. They are meant to be used at the home until they break down. If you really want to get fancy buy one of those boxes you can store multiple guitars in. Those will probably last you some time.

    save your money

Comments about On-Stage Stands Rosewood Tubular Guitar Stand:

Bought this thinking I would get a quality guitar stand. It's nice, just not $46 worth of nice. Top tube (wood) is slightly bent and scratched, but not enough to go to the trouble of sending back. It's also a bit light - feels like the guitar will flip over on the thing.
