Other than the clip, I think its gonna do the job, I like the bag it comes with also.
I thilnk this will do nicely for my Gibson, the old stands I had just didnt do a good job holding it close to the ground
Would like to see the clip that holds the neck to the stand a little better quality

Perfect for me. I have to carry in several things for each gig, and this si so light I can barely tell I have added more to my load! No problems so far.
Light weight and easy to carry to your gig and set up. Easy to adjust up or down as needed. Adjustable arms for the bottom make it easy to use for banjo with or without a resonator.
Appears solidly constructed, thought the strap that holds the neck in is somewhat flimsey. (It should not have to be that stout IMHO)
Resonable price for the product.

Purchased the stand for my Mandolin. Am very happy with my purchase. The stand is easy to use, folded up and placed in the bag, it is easy to carry. And the price on it was right. A+

I bought this for a recent mandolin purchase and it fits just fine. The stand has adjustments for the height and width of your instument for a secure custom fit. It folds up nicely and has a carry bag included. It may not take a whole lot of abuse but for normal use it should be fine. It was a few more dollars than I had wanted to spend but overall I am happy with it.
