This throne is terrible. It loosens so quickly. I was in the middle of playing and the top of it fell off and I fell down and my ankles hit my drums. No matter how hard you turn the tighteners it will still come loose. DO NOT BUY THIS!

If you weigh more than 90 lbs, do not but this stool. It's like a children's toy, it's so unreliable. I had to get another one after buying this one because no matter how hard you tighten the bolt (I did so with a hammer) it's still a guarantee- it'll fall. The legs are awkward, and it look like someone just threw a stool seat on a cymbal stand, with about the same tolerances. I had to weld it in place to get it to stay still. Do not buy this stool.

I'm not so sure about this one

Well, I had one of these and one of the legs broke... this throne is definitely for lightweight people... 130 lbs or lighter!

Not good if your're overweight

I have a problem with mine. I'm 250 lbs., and it won't stay at the height I set it at. I tried to tighten the adjustment screw & it stripped out. So if you are heavy like me, go on a diet or buy a throne that is more heavy-duty.

I have owned this throne for almost a year now. Its really good for the price. Its reliable and its pretty solid. If your going to play long shows are you play drums for a long time I would recomment something alittle bit more comfortable but other than that, its a good value.
