OVERVIEW

Hardware with increased function and reduced weight.

Pearl’s 150 Series Flat-Based Hardware increases function at a fraction of the weight. Taking on the flush-based platform of classic drum hardware, 150 Series Hardware are built to stand up to rigorous gigging and play at less than five pounds each. Each stand also changes quickly from flat-based to traditional single-braced legs by simply flipping the convertible tripod base.

Pearl mainstays like a Uni-Lock gearless basket tilters make finding the correct angle a breeze, while flat-based legs simplify pedal placement.

Comments about Pearl S150S Convertible Flat-Based Snare Drum Stand:

I was ready to reduce some weight in my gigging hardware bag and this has helped. I've used it on rock and jazz gigs and it has held just fine. Granted if you pummel your equipment or try to stand on them, you should probably look elsewhere... For the gigging drummer, these are great. After the first gig I flipped over the legs on the snare stand and I like it better. I feel like I can maneuver the snare/hi-hat together better now. it was simple to change.
