Peterson StroboClip - SC-1 Clip-On Strobe Tuner  

The accuracy, the sensitivity, the "sweetened" tunings ... just great.

Only had it for a few days, but I guess it's high quality.

For what you get for the money, this is a great value (assuming you like to be really in tune).

Oh my gosh!  I can not believe how good this is and the "sweetened" tuning for guitar is really — well, sweet sounding.

I didn't expect to be able to hear a difference since I've been using another company's high-end tuner for years (about twenty years, to be somewhat precise—until I dropped and broke it recently), but after tuning my main guitar with this Peterson I could not believe my ears.

I then used the Peterson to check my intonation (which I had set with a less expensive tuner) and again I was amazed at how far off I had set up the guitar using that tuner.

A  good friend came over to visit and after I set the intonation and tuned his guitar, I let him persuade me  to sell the StroboClip to him!  Now I hafta order another one (but no problem since MF  is so quick).

This machine is far more precise than the machines on my guitars. That's a good thing! But I do think I'm going to invest in some machines with a higher ratio for a couple of my guitars so I can more easily tune to this level of accuracy.

I've never used their standard strobe tuner, but this little guy makes my guitars sound incredible. Had a cheap $25 Korg tuner which worked well, but this takes the tuning precision to a WHOLE other level. Well worth the investment and love that you don't have to plug your guitar in everytime you want to tune up.

I know of no other clip-on tuner that offers anywhere near the features of the StroboClip - not only in the various tunings offered, but construction and ergonomics as well.

Top quality tuner by one of the big names in the business.  That said, one of the StroboClips I own started showing dead pixels. Peterson very quickly replaced it at no charge, however.

Peterson's customer service is excellent.

The StroboClip represents a new paradigm in clip-on tuners.  Expensive?  Hardly.  Whether beginner or pro, good music starts with a properly tuned instrument.  The question is how important is being truly in-tune to you?

I've used various models of Peterson's tuners over the years.  Across the board, the Peterson tuners have proven to be the most accurate and reliable and Peterson's customer support is stellar.

I now own 3 StroboClips and have thrown away all the other clip-on tuners I owned.  Instead of throwing them away, I considered giving them to musician friends; however, there's nothing more frustrating than trying to play with other musicians who aren't in tune!  Friends don't let friends use crappy tuners.

I love the accuracy of this tuner!

I wouldn't want to drop it! Seems easy to break!

Althought there are many cheaper tuners out there and I have had many over the years, this is on the expensive side.

This is the most accurate tuner I have ever used!
