Bought this for my PRS Custom 24, and the color matches the back of the guitar perfectly. The leather is a little stiff, but it's thick and sturdy. The "blasting" does make it look a little roadworn, which is kind of cool. If you're using this on a PRS, just be aware that you may need to enlarge the holes a bit to fit over the larger strap buttons on the guitar. Overall, a nice strap. I'd buy it again.

The strap was somewhat stiff when I got it, so I got it soaking wet and basically coiled it/wrung it/did anything I could think of to loosen it up. Then, while still damp, I put some saddle soap on it, and it really made the difference. Moves easily and feels nice. I see no signs of it falling apart like others say. All in all, I like this strap. Plain, simple, and works!

I recently bought this strap in brown. When I received it I noticed how stiff the leather is. May be fine for saddles or boots but it was too hard for me to use on my shoulders. Very inflexible. Also, the leather was so thick that the small strap lock holes couldn't open wide enough to accept my strap lock buttons. I returned it and I'll probably buy a Levy's suede or something softer. Nice looking, just not my cup of tea...

I'vw Owned 2 Of These... they have never failed. I bought a second one becuse a i needed for another bass guitar. Looks Cool, It can handle spins and all class of movements (im a very hiperactive player). Really Works.

I got the plain brown one and liked it so much I ordered the black riveted one. The plain brown one is far and away the coolest. It has a vintage vibe to it like it's had about 10 years of road wear and is very comfortable. The black one has more of a fake plastic-like look and feel to it. They both have thick leather and at the price of leather straps they are a good value. Not sure how you rate the features of a strap, but if they hold your guitar on that's good thing.

I purchased the blasted leather strap about six weeks ago and could not be happier with it. The strap is strong and durable for the constant use I put it through. As well it just has a great weathered look to it. Very cool.

Although its a nice looking strap, the treatment given the top layer of the leather makes it cracked so that it's already on its way to being ripped apart. Look elsewhere.

Not a bad little strap. Really comfy and very sturdy. It's hard as hell to get the strap on the guitar but rest assured it's not going anywhere. Doubt you'll even need straplocks. The blasted leather feels more like sandpaper but the underside is real leather and very soft. It has a real vintage look as if it has been aged. The only real problem is, even at it's longest, it only comes about waist high (I'm around 5'9) which is fine for me since I like my guitar at a reasonable height and not slung real low. All in all, it seems to be a really sturdy and reliable strap and I might buy another one in the near future.
