Everything is great from this little cable. Well made and with warranty. When it comes to things like this, you really do get what you pay for.
Features? Well let's just say this cable will not plug itself in if that's what you're looking for. The design ie well made to not cause interference or "noise". It's design is to link two amps together or an amp to an unpowered mixer. It's also short enough to not get in the way of other things or clutter your case/rack of that's what you have it in.
Quality? It's planet waves cables that come with a lifetime warranty! You can't beat that with a stick! But in all fairness even without the warranty this cable is well made. From the sheathing cover to the 1/4" tips.
Value? It's difficult to determine value being that this could go either way. Different people find value in different things. Me?, I'm just an average musician thats been around for a while enough to know what's good & what's rubish. I think it's a little too high priced for only a foot of cable. And the 3 foot cable is only a little more? It's a great product that's backed with a lifetime warranty & if it was a little less in cost then this would be a 10.
