This guitar strap is excellent. I wanted one with a good length to it, as well as being durable and lasting. It seems like it will do quite well. It's long enough to be a bass strap, so long as you aren't too much taller than 6'4" or so.
Holds up, the black that I chose is nice. It doesn't slide as much as polyester or nylon. I use it on my PRS SE One, so I trust it with valuable instruments.
I like Planet Waves' logo, so I don't mind that it is on the strap. Brand pride signified like that can only be a good thing - no brand wants to advertise a bad strap with their logo right at the top.

I like the leather ends of the strap that touch and firmly secure the guitar. And the thick cotton strap doe'nt allow the guitar to shift back and forth on my shoulder allowing full control.

Love cotton straps, much more comfortable to me than nylon!! Be warned, the ARMY color looks like a brown on the site, but it is Olive Drab green!!

This cotton guitar strap is very nice; it works great. My only problem with it is that I thought it would be a light brown (what my computer showed the picture to be) and instead it is army green. I guess that makes sense, because the choices are white, black and army.
