The Z-738 from Quik Lok can be mounted on either side of any Quik Lok "Z" stand, except the Z-722 and Z-722L and doesn't require any accessory bars. It gives you a height adjustability of 15.75" to 26.75" with a boom length range of 22" to 40".

Comments about QUIK-LOK Z-728 MIC BOOM:
Wouldn't fit into Z71 stand because of paint runs and metal slag. Had to file it down to fit. Once assembled, the bolt holes didn't align. Had to drill them out to fit. Had to remove 2 of three rubber pads on the Z71 to slide it in. Had to drill new holes to re-install the rubber pads so my keyboard wouldn't rock back and forth. Finally, when I went to fold the Z71 to transport it to my gig, I realized the Mic Boom interfered with folding up the Z71. I'll have to remove the rubber pads and unscrew the two bolts to remove the Mic Boom in order to fold the Z71 stand each gig. The rubber pads won't last getting pulled out of the metal holes more than a few times. I'll probably lose the bolts, or the allen wrench, or a roadie will try to fold the stand without removing the mic boom, and break the thing right off. Think I'll go back to my floor standing mic stand, and throw this thing away.
