Great bass strings, great price.
Gauge .110, Nickel Round Wound-Electric Bass
These are the same bass strings Rogue uses in prepackaged retail sets. What's the difference? We package 3 strings of the same gauge in airtight vinyl bags with a package of silica gel to protect against unwanted moisture so they last longer than typical string sets. We also pack these bulk strings in big, loose coils to avoid compressing or stretching the windings, so they sound better than tightly coiled strings. Rogue Strings are made exclusively for us by a famous manufacturer, employing the finest materials and latest manufacturing methods.

Comments about Rogue Bulk .110 Nickel Round Wound Bass Strings:
i ordered these so i could make my bass have a more chunky bass sound. When i got them i didnt notice anything out of the ordinary until i put one of these strings next to my E string on my bass. These aren't really a .110 gauge. i have on a pack of ernie ball strings on my bass right now. when i compared the thickness of the ernie ball .105 gauge and the rouge .110 gauge strings, the .105 were thicker, not by much, but still thicker. i would say the these rouge .110 gauge strings are about a gauge of .100 or .095. bottom line is that if you want a bass string with a gauge of .110 from rouge, get something a bit heaver, abut a .125 or something
