Not as expected

Comments about Rotosound SM665 Swing Bass 5-String RoundwoundBass Strings:

The higher 4 strings sound very nice, well defined, bright but the B string is so dull and muddy. It is unplayable. I'll get a single 130 and try that, hopefully it'll be better. The other issue is I have a 35" scale bass and the B string is too long. I had to take out some of the winding before I could tighten the string. This is the long scale set not the extra long one. It'd be better if it was 1/2" shorter.

Comments about Rotosound SM665 Swing Bass 5-String RoundwoundBass Strings:

Im not even kidding. These are the best strings for every thing. Irust me man, I've been using them for 8 years. You will hear the difference.ROTOS THE WAY TO GOP.S. If your into slapping I would suggest the .130 gage. If you use a pick then I would suggest the lightest gage.
