The Seymour Duncan 2011 Limited Everything Axe Prewired Strat Pickguard with Liberator includes a matched set of pickups—SJBJ-1, SDBR-1, and SL59-1—that produces an amazing variety of tones. All 3 pickups are true humbuckers. Comes with the Liberator, the first universal solderless pickup change system. Change your pickups with just a screwdriver, using the bare-wire Lockdown system.
JB Jr.™ SJBJ-1
High output single-coil-size "rails" humbucker. Great for everything from heavy blues to heavy metal. This twin coil design pickup gives you the character of our popular JB™ model humbucker in a single-coil size. Its adjustable pole pieces more closely emulate the magnetic field of a full size humbucker and allow you to fine tune the balance of your strings. You can expect great harmonics and a sweet high-end. Compared to Hot Rails, the output is reduced and there's more treble response. Comes with four-conductor hookup cable.
Duckbuckers™ SDBR-1
Vintage output single-coil-sized humbucker. Excellent for country, pop, surf, rockabilly, blues, ska and classic rock. Using a design and a voicing based on Vintage Rails™, Duckbuckers incorporate six fully adjustable pole pieces together with a unique, split blade design. You get all the warm tone, cool output, and outrageous "quack" of a vintage Strat® pickup, but no hum. Though tonally similar to Vintage Rails, the mini pole piece design behaves more like a traditional pickup when string-bending. Comes with four-conductor cable hookup cable.
Little '59™ for Strat SL59-1
P.A.F.-voiced single-coil-sized humbucker. Great for country, jazz, blues, funk, classic rock and heavy rock. This little brute was designed to impart the warm, smooth tone of an old Patent Applied For humbucker in a direct replacement, single-coil size. It possesses an even, dynamic response, and its adjustable pole pieces allow the guitarist to fine tune the string balance and dial in just the right amount of punch. The solderless pickup change system from Seymour Duncan
The volume potentiometer is the tone junction for your guitar's wiring. Swap it out for Liberator and you'll be able to quickly and easily change pickups for new tone, feel, responsiveness, and output.
Liberator is an integrated quality volume pot and screw-clamp connector that accepts bare or tinned pickup leads for torqued-tight tone better than flimsy spring terminals or less-than-perfect solder connections.

This set has an amazing sound. I installed it in a 2008 fender strat MIM and it has an amazing sound. I also have a Fender American standard, Fender American deluxe and a Fender American select and after installing this pick up set the MIM is my favorite due to the sound.
Everything was packaged extremely well and the build quality is wonderful
They are pricey but are great. You cant go wrong by choosing them. IMPO

i have a 2008 american strat and installed this set up and played with it at a gig and wow what a pleasure to hear the sound coming from my fender hot rod from this i was blown away and you could see the smile on my face a mile away, we play southern rock,rock, blues and some country music and this loaded pickguard covers it all even the other guitar player came up to me after the first set and asked what pick ups i had installed in my guitar. i have been a auto technician for some thirty some thing years and had no problem installing this by myself and setting it up and if you can read directions its that simple folks one word by it if you want to give your strat a new sound its worth it.

I put this pre-wired pickguard in a guitar that I was building. These Seymour Duncan humbuckers give me just the sound I wanted for my style of playing. I'm elated! For about $850.00 worth of new guitar parts, and some tedious labor, I have a guitar that looks, sounds, and plays like a 3 grand axe. So happy I didn't have to get out my sodering gun!
As for as Quality goes, I have no issues with this pre-wired pickguard.

Versatile, great sounds. Did not leave me disappointed as a single-coil man.
I was dubious about putting humbuckers on a strat, but I had 4 'ebay-casters' building at once and thought, what the heck, one of everything. I was surprised to find traditional strat sounds coming out of this unit, not the fat humbucker sound you'd expect. The first position screams. The middle is loaded with quack, and the neck pickup has that bell/chime thing going on. Seymour sure knew what he was doing when he put this together--more versatile than any other strat I have.
Solderless hookup was a breeze. Pickgaurd signed by Duncan himself--pretty good sign. Clearly very neatly configured.
Pricey, but good.

get one of these, drop it in and have a ball.
this pickguard was as easy as could be to install and sounds fantastic. it covers double coil as well as single coil sounds better than any ive heard. i recomend finding an inexpensive fender or squire strat with a neck you like the feel of and change the pickguard out for this prewire and you,ll have a players guitar for every music style. fantastic, i can't say enough about it.
the Seymour Duncan name was enough for me. im not dissapointed at all.
nothing like it for a quality, great sounding players guitar.
