An ingenious mounting ring set that lets you expand your guitar's tonal palette.
The Seymour Duncan TS-2s Triple Shot Carved Mounting Ring Set lets you expand your tonal palette by accessing three unique tones from each humbucker on your electric guitar. This stealth pickup switching device allows you to access series, parallel, and split wirings of any humbucking pickup with four-conductor cable via two switches on the mounting ring.
The triple shot mounting ring is easy to install. Just solder your pickup leads to the attached small color-coded circuit board. That's it. Push the two switches towards each other for standard series wiring; away from each other for parallel wiring; and both towards one coil (either one) to shut that coil off.
Note: Will not fit nickel- or gold-covered Trembuckers.

These work great once they are mounted. On a Epiphone Les Paul had to move the mount screw holes but that was expected from previous experience and reviews. These are a better option than push pull pots for me because it is easy to look and know which coils are on. They do not fit the coutour of the top on my guitar.

Overall, these mounting rings are not worth the trouble. Again, great concept, but poor follow through.
The concept behind these mounting rings is pretty awesome and they work great. However, the rings will not simply drop right into place over top of your existing mounting holes; you will have to drill new holes and the rings will not completely cover the existing holes. Had I known what I know now, I would not have purchased these rings. My suggestion is just go with new push/pull volume pots. This way you will not have to do any drilling.
The switches on the mounting ring feel a little dinky. Wiring was quite easy; this is the only reason I gave them as high of a score as I did.
As I said previously, you will be much better of just getting a set of push/pull pots. The wiring will be a little more complicated but in the end, you will be much better off.

I wanted to get the most out of the Seymour Duncan Prails by using these rings. The only hangup I had came from the MF customer reviews. WOW! Good thing I took a leap of faith! They fit perfect, look great, and the combination sounds Amazing - so much tonal variety and more. If you're thinking of going with Prails, which I highly recommend, you should highly consider investing in these mounting rings.

They are 1/8" shorter than stock les paul mounting rings (at least on mine). They don't sit straight on a carved top les paul, the neck is angled down toward the bridge. Since they are shorter than my stock mounting rings, I have pickups holes showing below the triple shot mounting rings. They don't even seem like they were made for the les paul, I have gaps underneath the middle of the mounting ring on the sides. They don't give me enough sound variation to replace the 50 bucks in my wallet as a good purchase. They are easy to wire up and use but just not worth the money.

With a Lace Sensor Red/Silver Dually in hand for my Ibanez AM75, I knew I would need something like the Seymour Duncan TS-2s Triple Shot to fully exploit the sonic abilities of the pickup. While the Seymour Duncan colors need to be carefully matched to the colors of the pick-up you are installing (if it is another brand) the potential for distinct tonal varieties makes this pick-up ring worthwhile especially when customizing a semi-hollowbody. My only beef is that the four mounthing holes did not exactly match up with the ones in the body for the bridge position of my AM75.
