The Shadow SH NFX EP-C is a permanent mount endpin preamp system with Nanoflex undersaddle pickup for classical guitar. The battery is mounted in a pouch to the instrument's side or bottom.
Nanoflex senses the vibrations of the strings and the body of the instrument simultaneously. Due to active amplification directly at the pickup and 100% shielding of the entire system, no sound will be lost and no hum created.
The EP-C preamp is trimmed to the classical guitar with nylon strings and provides singing, soft trebles and smooth bass. The output is trimmed to avoid any distortion, excludes any overload and provides an absolute clear natural sound.

I installed the shadow nanoflex in my cordoba classical and absolutly love it. It was easy to install and it seems to be of high quality. I've installed martin pickups in two of my acoustics and had to do some soldering, it wasn't a big deal, but the shadow has zero soldering needed. I don't have a lot money invested in my guitar and pickup, and it sounds really good to me. My sound guy agrees. You don't have to spend a fortune to sound like you did.
