Use Shubbs on my guitars, wanted on for mando. Package says will fit most mandos: NOT TRUE, The swing arm is mounted too close to the top, thus for this to stay on, you have to have this incredibly tight, otherwise, the slightest nudge and it will pop loose and fall off.
Any mandolins neck is too thick for this design.
MF was good with returns, sent it back. NOT FOR MANDOS.

I have been using Shubb capos since I first found them in the 70's. I still have and use that first guitar capo in my D28 case. It is on it's third sleeve. I have tried a few "other" capos in the last thirty plus years but I have always returned to Shubb. Good design with quality of materials and manufacturing make for a lasting product. Thanks .. R/
