Works for guitar players too...

This one works well as a guitar stool too. The seat swivels and is well padded. I sat on it last night for over two hours straight and had no problems. At my height of 5' 7" the top of the horizontal middle leg bar at 12" is just right for me to place a foot on for acoustic playing. The chrome is not first class but it went together fine and is sturdy with level legs once put together. I have sat on the roc-a-soc and that seat is a little more comfy but their short stool is just a bit too high for me, height wise this one is perfect at 23" being a little less than the standard guitar seat height of 24 to 30". It is also more price friendly than some of the other guitar stools and I recommend it without hesitation.
