Comments about The Golden Touch Sterling Silver Pick:
i got this pick along with the gold one for christmas from my wife. get this. and the gold one. it would help to know that this is not just a pendant, but an actual pick. i dont care if it tarnishes, flashes, or produces monsters that eat the unborn. it sounds great. it has a spectrum that comes in high and stays high. i use it in my recordings as the lead pick while the gold pick is used as a rthym (kinda backwards sounding isnt it?) and the tracks work great together. very complementing to each other and if used with other picks, it will increase its presence ten fold.
Comments about The Golden Touch Sterling Silver Pick:
This is a great pick. I love the tone that it brings out of both new and old sets of strings. I have been playing with metal picks for about a year now and will never go back to "flat" sounding plastics. Do not worry about tarnishing issues, the pick will tarnish but any 2 year old with aluminum foil, water softner, salt and some warm water can clean silver in less than 1 second. Very cool pick I would recommend it to anyone that wants to add "value" to their tone & love of playing guitar.
Comments about The Golden Touch Sterling Silver Pick:
I bought this pendant for my fiance for a fathers day gift and within 1 week it started to tarnish. The only reason I bought it was because it was silver and I thought it would go good with the silver chain I bought. Now the chain is still silver and the pendant looks like a very poor quality metal. I would return it but like I said it was a fathers day gift and it wouldn't be right. I would like at least an a letter stating how sorry you were for miss representing your product. Thank you.
Comments about The Golden Touch Sterling Silver Pick:
I am wearing this guitar pick as I write this review and can tell you that the sound it gives my stratocaster is pure bliss. It hasn't scratched up the pickguard and looks great when worn around (I have gotten a few comments on it when going out). The only upsets (which are barely worth mentioning since they are minor issues and don't affect the pick majorly) are the price, the grip (it's a small smooth piece of silver, what do you expect) and the maintenance. It can and has scratched a little, and needs to be cleaned of finger smears after playing for a while if you want it to look good. I am, after all, wearing it around my neck during the day. All in all, it is a nice piece to play with and a sweet piece to wear. I definitely recommend it!
Comments about The Golden Touch Sterling Silver Pick:
I've heard some bad things about the gold pick, but this one's great. Gives a nice tonal balance between depth and resonance on the lows and crisp highs. Does need some upkeep, as all jewelry does. I've had it for a while, played regularly, and the tip's still in near-perfect shape. Great pick, sounds ten times better than the dime-a-dozen plastics.
