Dune Tones (like Crystal Tones) are hand-crafted out of solid stones like Agate and Sandstone. The Blue Goldstone pick is hand-buffed and polished to a very high sheen with rounded edges for a smooth and soft attack while retaining all the clarity you would expect from crystals. Dune Tones are a thick 3mm pick and will boost treble tones even through high gain and effects.

Comments about U.S. Blues Dune Tones Blue Goldstone Exotic Guitar Pick:

I bought this pick because it looked cool, and from the picture in the add, I inferred I'd get 4 picks, which would be expensive... but nope, I got ONE pick. I could have lived with that, but after a few short usees, the tip shattered, making it worthless. Since I waited a short time too long, I can't get a refund or exchange, so, Buyer Beware.

The pick actually looks great and feels good to use. It might be great for nylon string guitars(?). I was using it on a very low action Les Paul, just playing blues/rock stuff; no hammer-ons or shredding. Needless to say, this was a costly "learning experience" for me, so I hope this saves someone else their money...
