Isolated power specifically designed to make digital pedals sound their best.

Pedal Power Digital is a linear (analog) power supply for high-current DSP-based pedal effects and accessories. With 4 completely isolated, filtered, and regulated output sections, Pedal Power Digital keeps your pedals dead quiet and free from high-frequency noise that occurs with digital "switching" power supplies.

Pedal Power Digital will properly power up to 4 digital power-hungry effects like those from Strymon, Eventide, Line 6, TC Electronic and more. Its compact size is perfect for small pedalboards, rack shelves, and as an additional power supply for larger boards.

Built to meet the needs of professional users, Pedal Power Digital will provide clean, consistent power, even under the poor AC line conditions often found on stage. Completely isolated output sections eliminate ground loops and unwanted interactions between effects, resulting in lower noise and noticeably improved tone.

Comments about Voodoo Lab Pedal Power Digital Power Supply:

I added to my board to cut down on wall warts for an extensive setup. I power it off the courtesy outlet on a PP2 +. It does what it's meant to: power big boxes silently. It does seem expensive to only power 4 outlets, but it's the only one I know that is right for the job in the price range.

Comments about Voodoo Lab Pedal Power Digital Power Supply:

Other reviews have said the usual great things about Voodoo Lab Pedal Power supplies: solidly built, quiet, compact. But there's one other angle here: the Pedal Power Digital power supply is also really flexible. The Digital is made for high current pedals (up to 400mA at 9 or 12 volts), but the Mark Bass Compressore pedal needs 700mA at 12V. What to do? Well, it turns out that Voodoo Lab power supplies are built in such a way that similar outputs can be connected in parallel to double the current capacity. Problem solved! I just picked up the correct Voodoo cable (direct from Voodoo Lab), linked the two 12V supplies and Voila! There's 12V at up to 800mA. The two remaining 9V outputs power two conventional 9V pedals and Bob's yer Uncle - it works great.
Voodoo Lab, please publicize this option a little more broadly so other pedalboarders will use it too. Thanks a million!

Comments about Voodoo Lab Pedal Power Digital Power Supply:

Primarily a bassist I love to play electric and acoustic guitar as well. Though I enjoy playing through various processors there is a certain bit of pleasure gained by researching and building your own personal pedal board. Depending on your taste/preference in pedals, size and current will dictate the size and placement of your pedalboard. I've built a five piece TC Electronic (guitar) and a five piece MXR bass) pedal board using the Pedaltrain Nano and because of the low current draw of these pedals I was able to use a simple five connection 1Spot 1700ma cord. On the other hand, years ago I built an eight piece pedal board using five TC Electronics Nova high current DSP effects pedals, the Boss RC-20XL LoopStation, the MXR M-108 equalizer and the TC Electronic Polytune Noir. When I built this pedal board there were no real practical power applications available that would elevate the use of cumbersome ugly wall warts. My pedal board having six high current pedals preparing my setup was a messy time consuming process. Thanks to Voodoo Labs technology, NO MORE issues! Comparing the application of the 4X4 and the Digital I chose to go with using two Pedal Power Digital power supplies. My pedals are perfectly mounted on the Pedaltrain PT-1-HC pedal board. That being said, there is no space to mount a power supply unit along side my pedals not to speak of two power supplies. I mounted both power supplies beneathe the pedal board. I matched the plug point of the Digital to one of the ports on the pedalboard and mounted the power supply. I then mapped the plug point of the other Digital, drilled a 1 1/2" hole and mounted the other digital along side the first. I now have eight high current isolated outputs that safely powers all of my pedal. The neat thing about this application is that if I choose to change my pedals I have sufficient enough power to manage almost any arrangement. Thank you Voodoo Lab, I'm lovin the Voodoo that you do!
