I just shifted to these sticks because i wanted to try something different. These sticks are Solid. Amazing balance and you can attain that control which you long for. Very well constructed. I would have preferred a bigger tip.. but its good. very nice feel.
I love the dennis Chambers signature sticks used them for over 3yrs and I hate to complain, however the 4 pack I got last week felt really bad way too much varnish really hard to hold on to. Hopefully just a bad run, if you use these sticks I would consider buying 1pr instead of the 4 pack...
First let me tell you that I have been playing professionally for over 40 years..I've played every kind of music on every kind of stick made, but usually like between a 7a & and a 5a. These sticks are without a doubt the most perfectly balanced sticks I have ever experienced! The feel and weight of them is nothing short of incredible.. They make Playing effortless...But they have just one little draw back..They get chewed up rather quickly. I play classic soul & funk, and can easily go through a pair or two a night..which can get expensive very quickly. I wish they made a pair out of oak, or harder wood...but ohhh, that feel. Try em
