A two-channel combo inspired by UK favorites and featuring HybridMASTER.
The 3rd Power British Dream tube combo amp represents a uniquely voiced two channel amp that delivers the EF86 chime and growl of the '59 AC30 on channel one as well as the dual 12AX7 precision of a '68 Plexi on channel two. Individual channel levels are handled by separate volume controls. Precise control of volume is handled by the patent pending HybridMASTER control located on the rear panel.
This amp is finished in a rich black tolex with distinctive white piping. A deep black powdercoat finish on the chassis contrasts perfectly with the sharp white silkscreen control markings.
Further sonic detailing is made possible by the SwitchBACK design. Notably, players can choose the sound and feel of an "open back" or "closed back" cabinet by way of a removable triangle port lid. Greatly enhancing the vintage experience, the enclosure construction creates individual compartments for the speaker, preamp tubes and power tubes. The construction keeps this amp free of the rattles and buzzes found in many all-in-one combos.

Comments about 3rd Power Amps British Dream 30W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp with Alnico Gold Speaker:
I truly love this amp. Bought one on a whim when I saw it was supposed to do AC30 as Plexi tones on the same head. Man, does it deliver. Super fun to play. I liked it so much I went out and bought an American Dream as well. :)
I have had a lot of really nice amps over the years. But I have never been this satisfied with my tone. Plus, it is really easy to dial in. Not as finicky as many boutique amps. Quick rundown of what I like:
AC side - Gets you from Matchless through vintage AC30 sounds. Midrange sits right where you want it. Great chime and great grind when you need it. This is the first AC type amp I have really gotten along with.
Plexi - From a really nice fat clean through vintage plexi to modded marshall tones with the pull pot mod, this is really fun to play. Rolls off nicely with the volume knob. I could use this side for pretty much everything if I had to. Takes pedals really well as does the AC side.
HybridMaster - I started calling this the "gigsaver." Best power scaling/attenuation I have used. Super simple and effective. Get your tone at any volume.
Sounds great with the gold as well as the Weber Legacy. Being able to pull off the back port for closed back or open back in a really nice addition. I haven't heard the Eminence, myself.
I have the 1x12 cab and head. The 1x12 is the best sounding 1x12 I have ever played. Really sounds big. Not boxy to my ears at all.
The only down sides I could see would be the head and cab are not small of you are used to dragging around a deluxe. Pretty big. But I wouldn't want to mess with the sound of those cabs. And maybe the price point might seem high at first. But we are talking hand wired, American made, world class customer supported amps. In my experience, by the time you chase your tail
trying to get cheaper products to sound a certain way, you end up spending more money and time that you thought. It's worth it to do it right.
