I'm basically putting the whole review in the features section. Absolutely great sounding, incredibly versatile amp. I've owned several acoustic amps, electric amps, all kinds of amps includiing the old Behringer acoustic amp- the ACX1000. What a nice looking piece of junk ! I won't even try to describe the problems I had with it. Then I went to a PA great sound of course but a real pain to lug around and setup and frankly overkill for the kind of gigs I do. I got this amp today plugged in a Yamaha A/E, a strat I built myself. a mic and a CD player. Everything sounded GREAT! I don't say that very often about audio gear because as I said I've owned a lot of it some good and more than I want to admit I was disappointed or frustrated with. My strat sounded almost as good as when plugged into my tube amp, not kidding. I was shocked. The CD sound was amazing, I didn't expect it to be that good. Instantly put a smile on my face. Feedback(not from the CD) was very easy to dial out and I was sitting right next to the amp! Plenty of volume and a really rich full tone. My acoustic has a body and a chime to it that I never heard before. Again put a big smile on my face. They say this thing has something called "Fast Tone" technology and I now believe it. I cant wait for my friend to come by plug in his banjo and guitar and mic. I think we'll make money with this amp. I used a Zoom G2 pedal for the strat and a A2 for the acoustic and the damn thing sounded even better! Something very unusual in my experience. This amp must have very high quality preamps. Some people have commented that it's not loud enough. They must be deaf or whatever insturment they're plugging in has output problems. The minute I plugged a mic in and starting singing my old lady said "You sound great". I frankly hadn't heard that for a while it's usually "Could you turn that down a little". I used a little echo/reverb on the vocals and was impressed by myself. The Behringer amp mic channels for instance sounded like crap with uncontrollable feedback, low output and nothing but digital noise on the effects. I love this amp!!

I'll put my entire comment here: All the reviews about the great sound are true. Tried it out. Loved it. Super excited. Then plugged it into the system at church. I can't explain how disappointed I am by the hiss coming out of the output jack on the back. Even with nothing plugged into the amp the noisefloor was completely unbearable. When a guitar was plugged in it was worse.
If you're never going to use the direct output you'll love it. Otherwise, steer clear.

The multiple inputs with indivdual volume controls are a nice addition.
I have owned almost every acoustic guitar amp made, The AGC60 has the best tone for an acoustic guitar amp more than any other one that I've seen and heard. The sound has a very definitive bass and on the high range's are crisp. If your'e in the market for a outstanding acoustic amp, look no further.

great product for the price
I first ordered the ag30. The sound was great but the mic and guitar are one the same chanel, So the effects that I like for the guitar was on the mic as well. I also was not crazy about the size; it's kind of big and heavy, so I ordered the fisman loud box mini. The loud box mini was loud and clear, but next to the ag30, I preferred the ag30. The loudbox puts the sound on the edge of the speaker(it seems), but the ag30 seems to have a deep solid sound,(I dont know exactly how to explain it), but the ag30 makes my steel string guitars sound better that anything I ever heard, and it makes my voice sound better too. It sounds more like a performance when I play through the ag30. I sent the fishman loudbox back to musicians friend with their no hasstle return policy. I looked at the size and weight of the ag60 and decided to upgrade the ag30 for the ag60 . I returned the ag30 and paid the difference, musicians friend ,with their excellent customer support team, sent me an ag60. The amp is big and heavy, but not much bigger than the ag30. Now I have 2 channels, I can use different effects for the mic, and different effects for the guitar. I love it. Buy It !
Solid, Inputs are duel 1/4 inch or xlr

I am overall happy with the amp, its features and sound!
Taking it out of the box I did notice a small crack in the cabinet about 1 1/2 inches long. It did take away from the appearance of it a bit. Plugging in my Epiphone PR5 the amp it seemed to perform fine. I really like the dual inputs on each channel. It gets a decent sound. It was lacking on the low end sound, but my guitar is the thin body so it wasn't going to get a deep bass sound anyway. Since I am going to use this amp for small venues it gets plenty loud enough for me.
It seems as well built and constructed as any other amp of its type and size.
I would have to say it was a good value.

I bought this amp from MF about 2 months ago. I have gigged with it using it for guitar and fiddle with a full band and I have used it as a stand alone for a solo act. It works great for both. The peak light does come on alot but I dont notice any distortion until the peak light stays on almost constantly. If you run the master volume up more and cut the volume at the channel you won't have an issue unless you are extremely loud. The effects are nice and easy to use. Everything about this amp is simple to use. For the price you won't find a better acoustic amp.

I frequent a popular music store and go straight to the acoustic room every time. I don't yet own this amp, but I plan on it when i get the money saved up. I plugged in a few different guitars to this amp, and each one sounded pristine and clear, losing only a minute fraction of original sound quality. but, that should be expected somewhat when plugging any guitar in. i messed around with the channels and settings, and after about 1-2 minutes of doing so, found what i was looking for. this amp is something that creates an endless vibe between guitar, amp, and performer, making you more inspired to play/improve. great amp!

Feedback has not a problem with this amp. The two channels with 4 XLR/quarter inch combo inputs prove very handy with multiple players/singers. Tilt-back design helps it project well. Seems well built. Built-in effects sound very good. I don't think you can get more amp for the money.

My friend owns it. We play 2 acoustic guitars through it, or 1 acoustic and an electric bass. Plus we put 2 microphones through it and sing. The effects are wonderful. I like the Fender, but for 4 instruments through, you need to buy the large, expensive model with 1 8" 1 6" + tweeter. This amp has 2 8" + tweeter. Costs compare that to overpriced Fender. Buy this, you'll be happy.

I bought this sweet little amp after endless research and trying every stocked amp at every local music store. I was just about ready to buy the Fender Acous jr which is a great sounding amp,but my last stop had these side by side. So, I took a Seagull off the wall, which is what I play, and plugged back and forth, back and forth until I was about ready to pull my hair out. The sound out of this amp is amazing. It's very easy to dial up a great sound whether it's with effects or just the eq. I was able to get a nice deep, yet crisp sound with not much tweaking. It gets pretty loud. I was able to have 2 guitars on one channel and 2 mics on the other and it handled it nicely. The line out is AWESOME. I plug it into my PA with the XLR, and it sounds great. I'm looking forward to using it at my next show (Acoustic solo stuff). I can't speak for it's longevity yet, but it seems to be built like a tank. All in all,,,Great amp, great sound, exceptional value for the money. I am very pleased and I spent less than the fender,,, now i gotta figure out what to spend my extra money on..I'm sure I'll find something.
