Heavy bass tone swells from this Acoustic head and cabinet, offered at a steal of a price.
Looking for dynamite tone, ground-shaking output and precision control, all in a lightweight cabinet that's on the cheap? Look no further than this incredible deal from Acoustic. This amp package includes the B600H 600W Bass Head and B210NEO 2x10 Bass Cabinet Stack for bold tone, lightweight but sturdy construction, and incredible value.
Acoustic B600H 600W Bass Head
Combining massive output, advanced tone shaping, and convenient signal controls, the Acoustic B600H is an ideal bass amp head for dominating the stage or crafting your perfect studio tone.
The Acoustic B600H amp has 2 inputs—one for passive pickups, the other for active—plus input gain and output volume controls. The clip indicator lets you know when your signal is overdriving the preamp, although with the harmonically rich distortion of the B600H's preamp circuit, that just might be what you want. The mute function coupled with the rear-panel tuner send lets you tune silently on stage. Add the 6-band EQ and notch filter into the mix and you've got total tone control. Generate deep, thundering lows, aggressive, punchy mids, or crisp, clean highs; any sound you want is yours to be had.
The rear panel offers an array of possibilities. Multiple speaker outs let you work with many cabinet configurations. The Direct Out with independent level control—which you can send pre- or post-EQ—is perfect for getting a solid DI signal to a console for live sound reinforcement or studio recording. The effects loop with mix control allows you to work with line-level, studio-grade gear for advanced tone shaping. Use the footswitch input to put the control at your feet for the complete bass rig.
Acoustic B210NEO 2x10 Bass Cabinet Stack
The Acoustic B210NEO bass speaker cabinet has 2 neodymium drivers behind the great sound produced by the 400W pushed by its speakers. Neodymium speakers have only been used in bass enclosures for a relatively short amount of time, but they are definitely revolutionary. Neodymium magnets are highly sensitive, so your sound is very dynamic and responsive to the touch. Also, thanks to its powerful but lightweight magnets, the whole Acoustic B210NEO speaker enclosure weighs significantly less than traditional alnico and ceramic speaker magnets. In addition, the speaker frame isn't as big and bulky with neo speakers, making this bass cabinet lighter and manageable for lots of late-night packing and unpacking. Both your ears and your lower back will know the difference.
Since the founding of the Acoustic brand in California in 1967, many legendary musicians, including some of music's premier rock, jazz, and funk players, have chosen Acoustic as their amplifier of choice. The Acoustic design philosophy is "simplicity," allowing you to dial up great sound in an instant. The B210 NEO bass cab continues the great Acoustic speaker tradition of simply great sound—so turn it up and discover what players have known for decades: Acoustic is the pro's tone since 1967.
A powerful lightweight bass head and cabinet built for any venue—get all the bass power, not all the weight.

Comments about Acoustic B600H 600W Bass Head and B210NEO 2x10 Bass Cabinet Stack:
This stack is ok.....not great...but...for the price...it is ok. There are a lot better bass rigs out there but they cost over 3 times what this unit costs.
If you are just doing small gigs this unit will do the job..no problems. If you are after serious bass sound...spend the money and get something that will really put a smile on your dial.
There are certainly options for getting a tone that suits. Send and return are good. DI works.
I have only had the stack for about a month and, so far, no problems as far as quality goes.
I must admit I was a bit underwhelmed when it came to the volume aspect of this setup. I had already bought and owned an a Acoustic B100 combo. For some reason I had expected this unit to be way louder. It was only a bit louder. Maybe I have not had the unit in "the right place in the room"...however, I would have thought I would have noticed a huge difference no matter where it was placed. Make of that what you will.
