I bought this to replace a Randall Minion 15 R which replaced a Fender Frontman 15 G. Wow is there a difference! I have read some other reviews who complain about the lack of power, this is a practice amp. You could probably play a smal bar and band practice for sure; anything larger you need to pay more than hundred for an amp. I have also heard a complaint about the lack of distortion, which was my main worry. It has plenty of distortion and gain; not sure what guitars the other reviewers are playing. The best feature is the "MidShift Button", it works on rhythym or lead channels and makes texturing your tone just a bit very easy. As someone who is still taking lessons and learning, I appreciate a good quality practice amp. It is nice to be able to hear clearly when I clunk a chord or accidentally catch another string. I didn't have that clarity with the Randall or the Fender and the distortion is much better. I'm very glad that I traded my amps in on other equipment and left me with an opening to buy this gem.

Was a bit larger than I expected but no problems. Very good sound and features, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this amp at the sale price. Plenty of power for practicing anywhere, easily portable.

Comments about Acoustic Lead Guitar Series G20 20W 1x10 Guitar Combo Amp:

This little thing is awesome! It is light, small, sounds great and cheap. I have had many small practice amps and this one takes the cake. The clean on this is fantastic and the high gain is not too shabby as well. I can take this amp anywhere and it never gets in the way. If you are looking for a VOX Valvetronix or Line 6 go ahead, but this guy is all i need.

Comments about Acoustic Lead Guitar Series G20 20W 1x10 Guitar Combo Amp:

I first purchased this amp because the price was right.
As I needed something light and portable for quick rehearsals.
I was shocked when I heard my martin through this little amp, it sounded great!
And the lead channel XL's compare compared to most amps and its size and price range.
Giving me both a wide range of distortion and tone.

Comments about Acoustic Lead Guitar Series G20 20W 1x10 Guitar Combo Amp:

I needed a practice amp to use at home and I wanted to keep it simple. I use it with a Vox Tonelab and a Behringer OD pedal so basically I just use the clean channel. It seems plenty loud, I can't see just how loud in my appartment( I bought it to practice at TV volume levels). Thursday I'm going to bring it to a full band jam session just to see what it'll do but it's not going to replace my Laney Cub Ten. It does have nice sound at the lower volume levels that I've tried and I suspect it'll sound just as good at higher volumes. Twenty watts and a ten inch speaker in an apparently well built package for not very much money, it'll do what I need it to and more. There are lots of nice practice amps out there but very few at this price point. I love my little Laney Cub but it's almost four times the price of this amp. For sheer value this amp is very hard to beat. Did I mention it sounds very good too?

The amp sounds good and is easy to use. I'm a heavy tube amp user and like the sound of tube amps. For these of transport, this little amp does good. It not only sounds great, but has a nice warm tone to it.

Easy, quality practice amp, no frills but a basic good sound and switching to lead is nice with easy one button push. Not much to it but it's of good quality and the price couldn't be beat at Musician's Friend.

I use it to amplify my cellphone and electric drum kit. I do it with a stereo 1/8 to 1/4 cord plugged into the guitar input. The reason the aux input fails is because you can't control the volume of the aux with any controls on the amp. It just has 1 volume setting that should be louder. But it sounds great with my Alesis DM lite kit!

I needed another practice amp and I liked the larger speaker. This was replacing the others I have that are going to the grandkids. The amp sounds good and has some kick to it. If you like distortion, you can adjust the gain/volume and it sounds decent. Clean channel is good. This could have been 5 stars but the rear of the cabinet had a small piece of the covering material missing. It bugs me that Acoustics' quality control missed it or just didn't care.
