This is all the cab I ever need - any more and it's time for PA support. But it's not too hard on the back. And I love the sound - really hits a sweet spot between 10s and 15s. And the drivers they use take plenty of punishment.
I'm kind of restless and gear-obsessed. Over the last few years, I've been through a bunch of different amps and basses. But I have had no urge to try other speaker cabs (at least not for the "big" rig).
The included casters are highly recommended and the handles are solid and well-placed. That makes portability about as good as one could hope for something that produces this much sound.
Been thrashing mine around for years with no issues. (Well, okay, the caster sockets recently bent and stripped out the wood screws. That's after years of abuse. Got some next size larger screws at the hardware store for a buck and it's better than new!)
Spendy but worth it in my opinion for the great sound and many years of hassle-free operation.

Punchy, warm and loud. Construction-wise, I noticed that one of the plastic corners wasn't installed square and the rear wood panel of the cab wasn't glued flush with the cab. Overall a great sounding cab with dodgy construction.

This is a great 2x12 combo. The lows are deep and the highs are sweet not harsh. This has more mids than the Aguilar 1x12. I found the 1x12 was a little hollow. It fits in the back seat of my car. At 70 lbs, get casters. Even without the casters, its still not a problem to move.

It is light. And has punch. It well defines the lower end of the bass. I've owned it for over a year now. I use it single because most of the venues I play in are not huge but big enough like halls and what not. Easy enough for me to carry around by myself.

Very natural sound, when you get 10-15 feet out, the tone will amaze you. I have owned many cabs but there is a real warmth to 212 the I haven't found elsewhere. For the last 2 years, I use 1 for small to medium rooms and 2 for large areas. When you kick the volume in these they really come into there own.

This is an amazing cabinet! I use one 2-12 for small jobs and I use two of them for big jobs. Power it with the DB 750 Aguilar amp..you won't believe what you have been missing!!

Phenomenal cabs! They have a very flat and tight response. There is no exaggeration of frequencies as are usually found in lesser cabs (SWR, Eden, Peavey, GK, etc.) Almost all bass cabs I've tried in the past have had accentuated highs and lows, and lack severely in midrange detail, but these cabs have a "hi-fi" quality to them. Basically, they put out what your amp puts in. The only bass cab I have found that surpasses the clarity of these things is the Bag End Q10BX-D 4X10!
