Excellent value, excellent performance. The extension handle feature is very cool but makes rattling noises when I'm playing through it. Other than that, it is ideal for the acoustic gigs in smallers clubs and I also use it in the rock band as some very good low-end with my Hartke 4x10. Plenty of headroom but I think not pushing it too far is best.
I own the PB 110 & 112. Great on their own, but even better when combinded. If you want power, buy a mega watt head & a huge speaker stack. If you want volume, use these speakers with 300 watts or less. I use an acoustic image Clarus amp with 1 speaker cab. When I add the 2nd speaker, the volume is fantastic!
It is one of the best bass amps i have used. Its carries its tone very well, and its volume controll is perfect. I woul recommend this amp to anyone with a bass.
My only issue is that the cabinet rattles. Lots of loose parts (handle assembly etc) but other than that it kicks. I use it in combination with my Hartke 4x10 350 watt rig and it gives PLENTY of low end to match the mids and hi's of the 10's.
