Just thought I'd add my two cents here. Right now, this, and the Small Clone Chorus, are the two main chorus pedals in my arsenal. The Arion is a pedal that has some versatility, can be quite prominent or subtle, and sits in the mix of your rig's sounds well. It also works well with cleans and supra distortions. It's also maleable and adaptable, whereas the Small Clone has a great core sound, but I find I have to adapt my sound and other pedals much more to get the Small Clone to sit well in my mix of pedals. I've also been through similar affairs from DOD and Ibanez (the recent'7 series')... If I were really after a chorus, I think I'd go straight for the Ibanez CS9. Some would go for the Small Stone perhaps. But some might even go for straight for the Arion. Ultimately, this pedal is great because it's far more than an 'also ran' chorus pedal. And, if you ever get the chance to run two rigs and utilize the stereo option?...pure nirvana.

I bought this pedal after reading a lot of reviews and the reviews were true, the pedal sounded awsome and had a very thick voice, my problem with it, it stoped working 46 days after it finally was shipped (I waited a whole month because of the backorder when I placed my order for it), the problem it showed me was that it wasn't mixing the wet signal into the output, put it out of its misery, great sound if it would last!!!

You can't beat this pedal for the price. It's got great range and a variety of different sounds you can create with it. My only complaint is that the shell is made of plastic, it's still pretty durable, but I wouldnt stomp on it too hard.
this pedal is great!! i use this behind my tubulator and can get a really warm sound. it compares to many name brand more expensive pedals i have tried and you can't beat the price.
This pedal is a great buy. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, and it does it very well. Very transparent, or it can color it with the tone knob. The only problem I have with the sound is the slight boost you get when you turn it on. An effect level knob would made this a perfect sounding chorus. As far as construction, I'm really only worried about the battery cover breaking, not that big of a deal. The second output is a cool feature, you can get true stereo with two amps or use it direct as a tuner input. Overall this is a good solid pedal for a small price.
A tad flimsy, but only because its in a case. The sounds are very useable, ranging from fast intense lesley sounds to slow, gentle wobbles. The tone knob allows a range of tones from deep and bassy to bright and clean.
I bought it based on the reviews here. It is a great chorus pedal. Clean and chorusy, no extra noise that I could hear through the amp. If you like metal boxes, this one is plastic. I don't think it matters unless you stand on your pedals and beat the snot out of them for some reason. if so, remember, plastic can break when you jump up and down on it.
first of all, what is the point of writing these comments, you guys? i mean, all i ever get to see from user ratings is the percentages they voted for the product. where do you get to see what i'm writing now? if there's a way to see comments like this and i'm missing it, please inform me. ok, on to the pedal, this thing is amazing you guys , it boosts the highs and lows really well, and one of the best things about it is that it goes well with distortions, especially the Arion Monaural Dist. pedal, so check that thing out too!
This is a great pedal. I've had it for about a month, and it puts out amazing chorus sounds, whether you want something kinda creepy or just a subtle reinforcement. The only drawback is that it is made out of plastic, but if you just need this until you can get something better...go for it!
i bought this pedal for one reason. it makes a pretty nice echo type noise and sounds like a few different guitars are playing at once. well when i got it i got more than i bargained for. it give EXCELLENT sound and tone control, and since i started playing with it i've gotten into a lot of heavier music styles. it gives great highs for those "off" notes and turn it up enough for some great chorus feed back tones. the only complaint i have is it's plastic, but other than that, it's a great little pedal for a fantastic price.
Good pedal. But, if you use a daisy chain to power other pedals with it, don't buy it. For some reason the chorus doensn't come out and it's some wierd pulsating sound.
I just plugged this thing like and hour ago after it came in mail. Wow. The sound quality is way better than I expected, and it doesn't drain the tone out of my distortion (unlike the digitech chorus). Plus it gives a nice lush sound when on clean, using reverb, and delay. It really does make it sound like two guitars are playing. However, I found that a couple knob cominations can make it sound kinda cheap, but those can be easily adjusted so sound really wickedly cool. One cool thing I found was that if you turn all the knobs all the way to the right, it will kinda sound like a church organ or something (on clean channel).Of course, the only thing i didn't like was if was a plastic housing. Also, changing the battery looks like it would kinda hard and a pain in the @$$, but I've got a 1-Spot, so I don't need to worry about this pedal. In conclusion; great sound, great price, and I highly recomend it for all skill levels.
