GREAT CABINET, GREAT SOUND!!!

Features:

Wish this cab had a 4ohm option, but it's fine set at 16ohms chained with another BUGERA cab. Also, I kinda like the idea and stability of this cabinet not having casters.

Quality:

I would put this cab next to the best-of-em... as far as quality is concerned.

Value:

Just the right price for this cab. Here you get a little more than what you pay for.

Overall:

Overall this is a decent cab for a decent price... especially for the struggling musician such as I. I've experimented with my cabs (I have the top and the bottom), I put celestion G12's in 'em and came to the conclusion that I like the sounds of these cabs with both celestions and the bugera speakers in 'em. Not that there's anything to dislike about the BUGERA speakers... I just like the BITE the celestions add. Which reminds me, if your like me and you like to switch speakers in search for that particular sound, be prepared to break out the soldering gun. Yes, the wires are soldered to the speakers... but not that big of a deal.

Guys, don't let the name or the price fool you. BUGERA is making some great amps and great cabinets at affordable prices.

Great cab for a great price

Features:

The the 16 watt mono and 8 watt sterio switch is quite a cool feature.

Quality:

Like the description says, heavy duty and built like a tank. The bugera words look really sleek on it.

Value:

Such a great price on a great quality cab.

Overall:

Overall, this is a good cab for any style of music. It's got its own unique tone that sets it apart from other cabs. Heavy duty and really cheap, it's volume blows me away. I've never owned a cab before, but of all the ones I've played on at stores and friends houses, this is by far one of the best. Can't wait to crank it on stage, may even buy another one!

Overall:

Probably the most overlooked contrabution to my sound is my bugera cab. I like it so much I'm buying a second one. The other guitar player in my group has rocket 50's and my bugera half stack had a more defined low and mid range without the nasty highs. The don't bottom out like past peavey cabs I've had. These things are built for abuse. Id like to see bugera loose the slant cab and just produce the straight cab and put a metal grill on it. That my only complaint. But for the price ill stick with the bugera line for probably most of my music life. I run a pod hd500 into a bugera 1960'seffects loop and I get awesome high gain sounds out of my cab. They have the perfect sag sound for metal. Word can't explain how happy I am with this cab. Even if I bought an expensive amp head I would stick to the bugera cab. The speakers sound great and are holding up so well. I can't wait to hear them a few years from now when they are really broke in. They sound better everytime I plug in.

Great cabinet, low quality plastic, great sound!

Overall:
I´ve owned this cab for 3 weeks so far, the sound is really great, everything is in there, lows, mids, highs, really love the sound. the cabinet itself seems to be really sturdy, well built, is heavy as hell so you know you re getting a cab that will endure, cant tell about the quality of the speakers since its only been 3 weeks, but so far they are doing ok and sound f....ing amazing. The only complain I have is that it seems that my 1/4 female connectors came way to tight, so you have to push and pull your 1/4 male connectors a little bit, which caused what seems to be a low quality plastic plaque in which the connectors come to..... brake. yes BRAKE, each of the 4 corners in which the screws go in just broke when I was trying to pull my speaker/amp cables out of the cab. Now I´ll have to build another plaque from wood or plastic to replace it, Is not a big deal, but now I wont have my plaque labeled and so on.... It comes with wheels into one side to carry it around which do help, but I am thinking about installing a set of wheels to make it easier.

I got this cab yesterday expecting a pretty low quality cab, but this thing rocks! Have you ever heard the saying "you get what you pay for", well you get alot more with this cab. The reason I gave it a 4.0 for features is because I would've liked to see a 4 ohm option, but that isn't a big deal. Sure there are alot better cabs out there but for the price of this thing you can't go wrong!
