Let me Start By Saying if you are reading a bad Review about this Head it is Operator Error To Begin with I just Recieved Mine this Morning and Yes this thing is Very Heavy But it needs to be for 3600 watts and Let me tell you Read the Owners Manual First thing This Head runs at 18amps if you live in a older house with Old Plugs& Bad wireing don't plug it into the wall unless you have at least a 20amp breaker on that outlet and make sure you have a Ground Check your Wiring or you will burn this thing up just Common Sense Guy's if you have a 15amp breaker and this thing pulls 18amps well you do the math I have never in my life had a more quiet Amp Talk about Clean Sound i have been Playing for 40+ yrs and Finally i have found my Amp i have been searching for The sound you can create is Simply Amazing you will never in your Life find a Better Amp at this price EVER Trust me Guys this thing is Super Clean with the adjustments i have it set at Bi Amp Mode A Low and a High Cab the sound is Phenominal I was a Skeptic also but i took a chance And I am glad I did When you play out never use this on a power strip you should never use a power strip anyway I make My Own Junction Boxes with its own Breakers So I know I have Clean Power for all my Equipment Just use Common Sense Guy's This is the Top of the Line Amp and Take Special Care of your Equipment and it will Last a Lifetime

if your looking for a warm tube sound, this isnt your amp, it sounds like a solid state, its loud but thats it. its not gonna give you that slightly overdriven tone that an ampeg or traynor will give you, this is not what want. if you want a better sounding than an average solid state, you would probably like this.

I play in 2 working rock bands, 1 is an 80s glam band and the other is a modern rock band, i used the head in bi amp mode to run and 4 x 10 and 18 sub for the modern rock and it was earth shaking in drop D with a TON of head room with great sound, i have used it with my 8 x 10 for the 80s band in regular mode and it sounded great as well. ok so its probably not 3600 watts but its way more POWERFUL than any hartkey, peavey or ampeg ive used and the sound is very clear and crisp. I LOVE IT

I bought a bugera BTX 36000 6 months ago and till now have no complains it has so much power and a crystal sound, I have plaid using 70% of it's power plain more than 3 consecutive hours, and I tell you it responds.

My head receintly took a dive and I needed something quick for an upcoming show. So I stopped in a local music shop and saw this sucker sitting on a 4x10 cab. I immediately laughed my @$$ off when I saw saw the words "THE NUKE" on the front of it and I knew just had to play it. To my surprise it sounded great! I know Bugera is owned by Beheringer(which I dislike) but I bought it anyway because how could I pass up 3300 friggin' watts at that price? Turns out this amp SMOKES. It's huge beyond comprehension. It's not only loud but I can do some serious tone shaping with it and it sounds fantastic! The only things that I don't like about it are that it's heavy as heck and it doesn't have a 1/4" jack in the back (you need a speak-on cable or adapter). Other then that this monster is amazing. Don't get me wrong, there are other amps out there that are better. But for the money?No way.

Very good bass head powerful easy to use and it really takes the hit. For that price you will not find something better. I have play up to 4 consecutive hours ratting the volume 80% and it kicks butts with no problem.

I bought this amp a couple of weeks ago and had to send it back. I was completely unhappy with the "power" to begin with. Don't be blinded by the alleged 3600 watt rating. At our second band practice with the head, it stopped outputting sound. I turned it off and waited about five minutes and tried again. After repeating the process for about fifteen minutes I decided that it is NOT reliable enough to keep.

I purchased this unit based on the great things that people kept on saying about this bass head. Boy i took it to a show 3 days after i got it, and left me on stage with no sound comming out of the speaker whatsoever, dont get me wrong i know what im doing. im usig this head along with an ampeg cabinet 8 X 10 classic series. The thing just gave up on me at the first song! Good thing the other band had a peavey head to borrow. I am returning this unit and getting my money back!

This head is probably one of the best I have tried yet! And I have been endorsed by Tech21 and SWR. Let me tell you. I got to try it out and the features this thing has is out standing! My only gripe about it is that there is no ground lift or a output control knob for the built in D.I.. Other than that it's unbelievable! Try one for yourself! And yes, watch out for that hard pumping 18 Amps on a 15 Amp line! You will have problems!

The Bugera Nuke Bass Head is the greatest players dream! My circut breakers are 20 amps 120 v. Try to pay atention to the wires that are yellow and say type NM-B 600V. Check your breaker to assure that the following outlet is at 18-20 amps and your hearing the Bugera play the greatest sound of Low End Bass in the world. I am looking to buy one myself in the future. Pay atention most outlets are set at 20 amps not 15, this is just what is called standard, and may not be what is installed at you home. Have Fun and play hard!

I've owned this head for about 5 months now and I have nothing to say but good things about it. Super quiet, normal and graphic EQ, Effects loop, and a ton of other stuff. I've had at one time (just to see how much power it really had) two 810 fender pro cabs and it was so loud on the low b. Has speakton inputs, wich is kind of annoying when you get it home and then have to go back to the music store to buy some more cables. Awesome Head though!
