Compared to other cabs at the same price, this thing is a monster(which I mean in the best possible way). I compared it back to back to a friend's Brand new Marshall MG cab, and its got a lot more volume and bass end. Note: this cab is much bigger than the MG.

Do not waste your money, with the upgrades I have made "speakers input jacks and re-wiring" the cab is still a piece of junk. Do not buy this.
Basic low budget cab.
I expected more. I have never seen speakers of this type of low quality before. One of the speakers magnets was loose from the speaker frame. Smallest magnets I have ever seen. Circutboard for ohm and stereo switching is crap. I replaced all of the speakers with Celestion Greenbacks in the top and T-75's in the bottom. Still sounds like garbage. The Celestions are English made not chinese crap. I had to re-wire everything plus change over the input jacks making it a mono 16 ohm cab. I put it next to a Marshall 1960 cab with the same speakers and it sounds like crap. I have 35 yrs and a Masters in music theory and I read the reviews that state this is a great cab, they must all be beginers who do not have experience with quality equipment.
Save your money buy the real deal.

This cab has to be the best cab I've ever used for the price! I'm using it with an Epiphone Electar Tube 10 amp, and Its still loud enough to keep up with the big boy's toys. All the gut wrenching lows, and ear piercing highs come through with such clarity, regardless of whether you use distortion or not! I plan to buy another in the future!

I play Strats and a handbuilt Electric through a Hot Rod Deville 212. I was looking for a fuller sound on stage. This Cab did the trick! A great Feature is that the cab is selectable at 4,8, or 16 ohms. Works perfectly for the Deville as it can go as low as 2 ohms (two 4ohm cabs in parallel). Put the clean channel on 12, stomp your favorite distortion pedal and listen to the sound churn out of this rig. Awesome for blues, classic rock and even new metal with the right pedals. A good compressor is an absolute must. I'd buy it again!

Bought this cab with the matching head. Ended up selling the head as I just wasn't that impressed with what was up there. But I have kept this cabinet because it is so clear and sweet. Used with other heads it has sounded astoundingly wonderful WHEN PROPERLY EQ'D. It has heavy bass on it's own as might be expected with 4x12, but with the bass turned down to lower levels it really shines through. It can't handle that many watts, but works wonderfully with any of the 100-120 watt solid state amps out there.For low end, try yourself a Behringer V-Ampire head with this cabinet. You will not be dissapointed. Tube amps sound wonderful also - my Hughes and Kettner is spot on through here.Worth the money.

I've owned this cabinet along with the flexwave head it goes with for about 8 months now. It's by far the best amp I've owned yet. It has amazing distortion thats great for any kind of metal, and a great clean tone for anything in between. It's so easy to use.

Great cab. It has a switch on the back from 4 to 8 to 16 OHMS. It said 4 and 8 on here but it also has 16 so it is very easy to use. It looks great and is light weight and has great casters. I played a Marshall and a Randall and like this better than both of them. Great Product.
