Value for money is exceptional. The range of settings is really good for something which cost next to nothing. The plastic casing tell me it probably doesn't like being bashed about, so best not to do that. It is just how I like my people, sweet but packs a punch.
I think this is the best money I have ever parted with, considering I regularly spend this much in a diner. This little diamond keeps coming back for more and you don't have to tip it. I too woke up my neighbours, who actually applauded and requested an encore! Mind you I was playing a National Style 1 Tricone - there's the rub, the little Honeytone N-10 mini amp wasn't out of place with a guitar which cost considerably more than a visit to the diner. Little word of advice, I found the battery rattled a little bit in its compartment. A little piece of cardboard from a pizza box soon sorted that. Smells nice too. I'm playing a major blues festival next month. This little sweetheart is coming with me.

This is what you would expect from 1 watt into a 3 inch transistor radio speaker. Sounds OK up to about conversation volume. Looks very cool. First one I bought was pretty genuine Surf Green, second one is more Teal. Oh Well. Trying to Mod the speaker, will report back on that escapade with the Dremel. I would recommend this as long as you don't expect it to sound great. Certainly a good value in the $20 range, and probably as good as the other 9v micros out there.

Comments about Danelectro Honeytone N-10 Guitar Mini Amp:
I am taking an on-line guitar course and am using my son's electric guitar and amp but his amp had to go into the shop for repairs. I needed something to do my recordings with quickly. This was just what I needed and it can sit right on the counter for easy adjustments. I love it. It works great for me.

I'm using to mike a steel tongue at a friend's wedding, where no power is available. I chose Danelectro becasue it is a name I recognized. Blown away by what this "mini" amp delivered.

Comments about Danelectro Honeytone N-10 Guitar Mini Amp:
I bought this little thing so I could run it and u tube stuff through my laptop and hear it through my ear buds so my upstairs neighbor wouldn't be shooting through his floor trying to hit me. My band choses songs, we download and learn them at home, separately, then come together for rehersal. I was quite bummed when I got it and saw the size. It's small but when I fired it up through my computer and headphones, GOOD NIGHT IRENE!!! This thing is fantastic! Clear as a bell. Gaine works very well. Plenty of power. For quiet home practice its perfect. Would reccommend this to anyone. For the price you can not go wrong. Trust ol Moosebreath.

Got this for my daughter because she was alway grabbing my aqua colored amp.

Comments about Danelectro Honeytone N-10 Guitar Mini Amp:
I am using this portable amp with a homemade stompbox. I will be busking with it... therefore the value of the battery power and portability. The sound is not bad! I definitely recommend this for situations where you don't have access to power.

Comments about Danelectro Honeytone N-10 Guitar Mini Amp:
I have all kinds of amps. Big ones, small ones, tube and solid state. But sometimes you want to play an electric outside or somelace you just don't want to lug an amp. This fits the bill. It is nice and small and actually sounds OK if you don't crank it up. It really is good for low volume practicing. Again....it lets you hear your axe, but do not expect a Marshall stack. So if you want to get your half hour of practice in while sitting on the patio...this is great. One guitar, one cord, and this little amp. That's it. I also like the headphone output. If you have decent phones you can raise the volume some and it sounds pretty good. Hey, for the price its worth it for fun factor alone.

Comments about Danelectro Honeytone N-10 Guitar Mini Amp:
This is a great little amp for practicing your guitar work at home when you can't crank up the volume. It is really easy to use and sounds excellent. It will get really loud if you crank it up but not as good a quality as a large case amp. But you shouldn't expect that anyway at this price level. If you don't play at venues and just play at home this is a perfect amp for it. I got the green one and I liked it so much that I just ordered the yellow one today as well. You never know when a friend might drop by with his guitar and nowhere to plug it in.
