Comments about Diago PB02 Gigman Pedalboard:

After shopping around, I decided to go with the Diago for a few reasons. I like to keep things minimal when it comes to my pedal setup and this great looking board with a study and sleek design seemed to stand out from the Pedaltrain and other similar style boards. It has a velco base and comes with a small package of velco tape as an unexpected added bonus. Perfect for the gigging musician that needs a "no nonsense" board at a good price.

Comments about Diago PB02 Gigman Pedalboard:

The depth of the pedalboard interferes with the input and output cables. If yoire going fit a full board in there you need to modify it. raise the lower section so you input output clear the lip of the case and replace the foam on the lid of the case with a thinner foam to still for he pedals.. also buy better velcro tape because the glue is weak on whay they provide and the pedals come off after short periods of upright storage. other then that the case is really good quality and looks awesome. id still recommend this board if you want to mod it. if not go with pedaltrain.

Comments about Diago PB02 Gigman Pedalboard:

This is a nice pedal board, well made. I think it is a bit over priced, considering there is no power supply. It's just a case. The velcro floor of the board is solidly attached; doesn't seem easy to damage it when un-sticking pedals. The foam rubber on the lid holds pedals really well. (Almost good enough without the velcro.)As long as a flat pedal board, of it's size, without a power supply works for you, I would recommend it. The only thing I would change in it's design is the way the clasp sticks up on the front edge of the bottom, when the lid is removed. It seems likely that the protruding catch might get bent, or catch on the bottom of my shoe. I'll have to work around it. I really like having my pedals organized, and now setting up will be a lot easier. All in all, I'm very pleased with my new pedal board.

Comments about Diago PB02 Gigman Pedalboard:

I'm a bassist in constant move between gigs, home and rehearsals. I used to have the pedal train mini but found that as my interest in effects grew so did the number of pedals, and the pedal train didn't quite cut it. The soft case wore out pretty quick and it was uncomfortable to connect disconnect take out of the bag and back in. Especially when my way pedal had to be stored separately.
So after looking into better pedal boards I came across this Diago Gigman, looked ok, a bit pricey, but with great reviews.
The day I got it, I'm being serious I did not imagine it would look this great! Since I've been carrying it I'm only getting compliments on it. All my pedals fit nicely as I have space for even one more. Padding is excellent protection and my pedals don't move an inch while being carried. Just take lid off connect power and play. super efficient. only con is its quite heavy. But if you're used to carrying a bass in a hard case it's no big deal. Great board definitely recommended!

Nice piece of win for those who don't use a lot of pedals. it fits 10 of my pedals including a wah, tc nova repeater, and big roger mayer fuzz pedal. i wouldn't recommend if you use a fx loop and straight into the amp at the same time though because the pedals fit in tightly. and i love that its completely flat and covered in velcro, which i prefer the feel of a flat board, even though it gets messy.

Comments about Diago PB02 Gigman Pedalboard:

The Pedaltrain rigs are nice, but I wanted something different with more protection; take the top off, plug in and play. The Diago is extremely well built. Not much heavier given it's wood, but no more so than my Tele in its case. Covering is outstanding, hardware is top-notch. The entire board is covered in Velcro, so moving things around is a snap in any configuration I wish. Only "downside" is not being able to hide the power cables, but zip ties are my friend. Not a big deal. Great protection, easy setup. I love it.

A solid, well-made pedal board at a great price

          By Junebug

          from Portland, OR

Comments about Diago PB02 Gigman Pedalboard:

This thing fits tight like a clam shell. The profile of it is slim, so it's easy to pack into the truck to take to shows. Because the slides are so sturdy, it's easy to prop up on your mic stand if you want to add a little elevation to your board, or save a little floor space. This is one of those great buys I was really happy I came across.
Great construction, sturdily-built, nice chrome corners, strong and simple hinges and latches. It doesn't come with an on-board power supply.
I'm buying my second Diago pedal board, so that now I will have them for both my guitar and bass rigs. I'd purchased a cheap pedal board before for my bass, and now the thing is falling apart. I had no question in my mind which board I would buy to replace it. The Diago boards are solid wood construction--there's no twist to them, they don't warp or dent like metal ones. The thing opens and closes like a dream, every time, for every show. The hinges are simple, sturdy and easy to line up, even in a busy gigging situation, where it's dark and everyone's trying to get off-stage quickly. The latches are simple and sturdy. The minute the case is closed I never worry about the safety of my pedals. The felt and foam components stand up well to repeated velcro-ing, as I change pedal configurations.
I don't anticipate having to replace this board, ever. Unless I back over it with the truck.

          quality pedal board

Comments about Diago PB02 Gigman Pedalboard:

Solid build, simple design, large enough for many pedals + power supply (like voodoo lab pedal power), and not too heavy. Excellent!
          straightforward design.
Very high quality. Built to last, and looks good as well.
          Well worth the money.

          Like a tank!!

Comments about Diago PB02 Gigman Pedalboard:

Love it. It's a beautiful board and it does what it's supposed to do and really well.
It's simple and the latches and everything are high quality.
this thing is built like a tank and you can immediately tell it's made of high quality materials.
I wish it came with a power supply but ah well. I bought the diago power supply along with the board and I love it!! Its small and fits off to the side yet powers all my pedals without any problems. Considering this thing gets tossed around a lot and still looks new 9 months later I say it's worth every penny.
