Featuring a high-quality Eminence 10” speaker and its unique, fully discrete power amp and pre amp section, the Blacktooth offers a stunningly huge difference in tonal quality and sound far above its competition.
The Blacktooth punches 20 watts of infamous Dimebag Darrell guitar tone through the custom 10” Eminence speaker. Weighing in just over 20 lbs, and less than a foot and half tall, this lightweight, compact combo is small in stature, but massive in crushing tone. It features 2 switchable channels: clean and sustain, and a 3-band EQ helps you dial in your ultimate guitar sound. Other features include CD/MP3 input for jamming along, a headphone jack for silent rehearsal, and an external speaker out to plug into another speaker cabinet, for when you really want this baby to wail.

Picks up Radio station, terble and mid hiss real bad, Base humms, bad and unclear effect response,

I got this because i needed somthing i could take ne where with me.When I got this i was blown away when pulled it out the box It is beautiful the green lettering the chrome its very nice. I plugged it is and it jus blew me away even more Its loud it screams and has great distortion(even better with a pedal). For this price cant beat it.

At first I thought it was a piece of crap that didnt have enough distortion, but after I installed a new pickup and positioned it closer to the strings, it started sounding like Dime's tone in the Pantera days. It sounds awesome for a small amp, I wish there was at least a reverb installed in this amp. It was worth the cost for a practice amp.

Clean setting is like all other digital amps, sounds good in moderation. Gain setting could be better in my opinion, BUT do not under estimate the amount you can get with amp. For 20 Watts and 10" speaker its gets after it. Also, the EQ channel could be SERIOUSLY better. I am disappointed with this, changes are not really noticable until you crank them. But works decent enough for BEDROOM or PRACTICE amp. You dont have to run a Pedal in front of the amp to get good gain from it. Its very tight type gain too. It doesnt HISS either--> LOTS OF HEAD ROOM guys, Harmonics sing on this amp, will make your ears ring if you are able to do Whammy squeels. I am Impressed with this part of it. The Cosmetics could have been done better also. ALOT of CHEAP plastic, especially the knobs. The black covering is good, metal corner protectors, I do like the Grill silver/black woven. Green Lettering is awesome too. This amp is an open back. Remember Dimes Rig had alot of Rack effects and sound control too. I would Recommend this to someone else who is looking to down size amps. I do have a 200 watt half stack thats excessive, this amp fit the bill. Run an in line EQ should be alot better with the amps EQ.
