I've own 2-410XLT's and 1-210t since 1996. I still have some of the original speakers and they have been pushed quite a bit over the years. The deceptive part is the long throw on these speakers. I have been playing where I felt I couldn't hear myself as well as I would've liked to. Then someone else played my bass while I went to the audience and it was cutting through like a knife. Actually it was almost too loud. As I'm getting older now I am looking to put lighter speakers in the cabinets to preserve my back. These cabinets were well worth the investment for 17 plus years of service.

I have owned my 410XLT for 6 months and I already have creasing in the speakers! I was told I was overpowering the cabinet, BUT my head is provide 750 watts and the cabinet is rated for 700 watts. I only have the volume up to mid-point, at the most. Therefore I'm disappointed for in the quality. Also, the tone definitely lacks in low end. I'll admit that prior to owning the Eden I was playing through an Ampeg 15", so there obviously not the same. BUT, if you are looking for a warm, classic, long-end your not going to get it. Great mids and highs but not such a good bottom.

Man Amongst Boys

By Al -3q1SA

Comments about Eden D410XLT Speaker Cabinet with Tweeter:

Casually sampling the 5 string basses in Guitar Center one day, I happened upon an Eden 4x10 XLT hooked up to an Ampeg Pro head. Nothing in the section had the undeniable bass feel of that cab. I pushed it a little hoping not to disturb the help too much, and it responded with a tight, smooth, confident blanket of bass which stuck with me and later compelled me to buy it. In a word, this is the cab to own. And all I got is a Hartke 350! And my rig rocks. A bit heavy, but with the casters, I do virtually no lifting. This is my "from now on" bass cab, and I'm proud to say that, especially since i got it for a deal. GEt it and not only will you hear the extra dollars, you will envy no one.

Best of the best !!!!

Comments about Eden D410XLT Speaker Cabinet with Tweeter:

I have owned the D410XLT for over four years and have put it through many a test which it has more than past. I also use the Eden 15" cab along with the Eden Time Traveler amp. When you hit the "boost" buttons on the amp the notes fill the venue were ever you are. Fellow musicians refer to my playing as "Fat Back Bass".

Blew me away

Comments about Eden D410XLT Speaker Cabinet with Tweeter:

I have two Bass rigs for two bands I play in. The first I play in i use a Ampeg SVT5 Pro head and 810 SVT ampeg cab. It rocks. The second is a Ampeg SVT3 Pro head and I got the EDEN 410 and run a EV 15 bottom. The thing just has such a nice sound but I am going to have to change the heads because the eden wants more power. What a nice cab the best 410 I've ever spent money on.

Great Amp D-410XLT

By bassman1991

from Woodstock, Canada

Comments about Eden D410XLT Speaker Cabinet with Tweeter:

This is a great amp. It produces punchy lows that shake your windows on a low setting and tight mids and highs. It is a high quality amp cab made of only the best materials, which is true to an Eden product. Although pricey this amp is worth every cent. You get what you pay for. This is my first EDEN amp and it is powered by the Eden Nemesis NA-320 head. I am now eden for life.

Comments about Eden D410XLT Speaker Cabinet with Tweeter:

I bought mine from my bass teacher used. I love it but I didnt realize how much he had used it. Ive been using it for about two years now and finally pushed the speaks to the point where I have to have them re coned. So if you buy it used inspect the speakers to make sure there isnt any folding of the speaker cone paper. Overall I really like it, but let me see what I think once I have it repaired.

Clean bottom, unmatched

By Bass Forever

from Barre, Vermont

Comments about Eden D410XLT Speaker Cabinet with Tweeter:

This is the reason I play the way I do. Power, with no muddy distortion. Clean bottom-end from all my basses. I use the Eden Metro combo on top. Together I have 6- 10" speakers and two horns coming at you, You know every note you play will be heard. You will play better when you hear it better. I am never lost in the stage mix even with two guitars and drums. I have played other cabs but none so clean. This lets you hear the different nuances your bass has. If you like the lowest lows or the puch of mids you need to check this out. Thanks Eden

Top of the line

By Buddy Peiser

Comments about Eden D410XLT Speaker Cabinet with Tweeter:

I have been playing bass for a long time. This cabinet is the best cabinet I have ever used, and all of the musicians in my bands agree. I feel so lucky that I found this cabinet; and price is not really an issue for quality like this.

Best Cabinet I've Ever Owned

By HillCountryBottomDweller

from San Antonio, TX

Comments about Eden D410XLT Speaker Cabinet with Tweeter:

I think "incredible punch" is the best way to describe this cabinet. It handles everything my World Tour 800 throws at it with no problem. The ports get the lows out too. All in all, a great cabinet, definitely worth the price.
