Comments about Fender Rumble V3 200W 1x15 Bass Combo Amp:

I expected a nice, fat sound coming out of a Fender amp with a 15 inch speaker and did this thing deliver! You'll notice that this is even a sweeter deal when have to move it. It's light weight makes moving it a breeze. Thanks Fender!

Comments about Fender Rumble V3 200W 1x15 Bass Combo Amp:

I have been looking for years for a digital amp that sounded good for guitar.I like to practice and play often but everytime my tube amp goes on it is just another use of tubes that don't last like they did in the 50's and 60's.I like light but wanted the full sound that you get with a 15" speaker. Also in this case Fender actually made this amp without that annoying tin almost out of phase sound 99 out of a hundred digital amps have when played clean.Besides multitudes of Fender tube amps I have owned since 1963 I have also owned Bandits,Cubes,Jazz Chorus 90 and 120,Lab L series in the early 80's and in the recent past Vox.With This amp I can play at extremely low volumes or loud outdoor gigs. This amp is reminescent of a Blues Deville or close to a Bassman amp.It does need reverb/delay and works well with all my effects though I prefer not to run them through the effects loop.Given more time I may find I could change my mind some on that.It sounds really good with my 339,Strat and very good with my John 5 gold Squire. My modified Baja Tele sounded too thin and my friends Tele Plus was good but not outstanding. So playing various guitars through it will give you an idea what works for you.

Comments about Fender Rumble V3 200W 1x15 Bass Combo Amp:

I have been playing almost 50 years and this amp reminds me of my old Bassman from the 60's. Great Fender tone and warmth. Love the sound of my fret less through this amp. Since I'm old, portability is key. I can hand carry this amp anywhere. I couldn't be happier. If you play small clubs in a jazz or acoustic band you will be very pleased with this. Lots of power. Great tone. Weighs nothing.

Comments about Fender Rumble V3 200W 1x15 Bass Combo Amp:

I have played guitar for about 55 years. I just started playing bass for my personal recordings and jamming. I get a great warm bass sound for recording using the line out feature to my audio interface. This amp also has a horn that can be switched on when playing more contemporary genres, but I am not that accomplished yet.

Comments about Fender Rumble V3 200W 1x15 Bass Combo Amp:

Another great purchase from Musician's Friend; I normally use an Ampeg 810E speaker cabinet and an Ampeg 450H head also bought from Musician's Friend but wanted this Fender combo for smaller gigs/rehearsals/recordings. I was amazed at the power and sound coming from a smaller amp. I'm very pleased with the performance and ease of transport this Fender Combo provides. I've purchased many guitars and amps throughout my life but for the past 5 years I only use Musician's Friend for ALL my purchases. This Fender Bass combo was purchased online on a Thursday and I had it on my doorstep on the following Monday and used it for a rehearsal the next day. Totally satisfied with this Fender Bass Combo amp.
