great amp lots of watts, but a little expensive. ive played shows with it and it holds up fine, and ive never had a problem. i got this instead of an ampeg stack, and im glad i got this!
It's got a great head and great cabs and it's not too pricey.
I've had this amp for 9 months. Since then, I've played around 60 shows with it, and about 30 practices. Well, first thing, the casters crapped out in the first couple of months. Second, one of the cabs speakers crapped out (which i fixed). Third, a speaker in the other cab crapped out the other day. The rig itself sounds really good, other than the speakers going out. Personally, I suggest swallowing the bullet and getting an ampeg. Rock on fellas!
This package is unbleievable, It's completely worth its price tag. It comes with the 1001RB head to power it and two 410SBX cabinets! Thats enough sound for, in my opinion, any bass player. It's a great value from a great manufacter and it sounds like no other. Buy it! I play through this and a six string Ibanez bass as well as a variety of pedals and this thing handles all that sound without a problem and does not distort at high volume either. I plan to upgrade soon to the 2001RB head and the RBH series cabs. Though, if you can afford the higher quality 2001RB head and the RBH series cabinets go for that, but if you cannot dish out another $1500 or more, stick with this. I also reccomend if you play shows that you add two 15's from the RBH to your rig as well, but hey, thats one persons opinion.
