Easy on the ears and easy on the back.
The Gallien-Krueger Neo210 is a bass speaker cabinet that offers high-powered performance through two 10" GK Paragon cast-frame Neodymium loudspeakers and a high-quality horn. These lightweight speakers maintain a high level of output, producing a silky-smooth, natural tone with consistent response from top to bottom. You'll love the definition it gives you in the highs and mids while delivering ample amounts of fat, punchy low end. This cab may be used in standard full-range operation or with GK's innovative Horn Bi-Amp System. Special chambering and bracing have been incorporated into it's design to eliminate standing waves so that nothing distorts your performance. Other features include black Tolex covering, recessed spring-loaded handles, a rugged steel grille, custom interlocking corners, and 11-ply poplar construction. And, weighing only 45 pounds, it won't break your back after an exhausting gig.

I have owned the GK Neo 210 cab for about 2 weeks now. I am using it with a GK 700RB-II head, and the combination of the two is outstanding. At < 50 pounds, this amp will be easy on your back. However, do not let the size fool you; it packs a thunderclap of punch and tone. I use a Fender Jazz bass [with passive pickups], and my highs have never cut through like they do with this amp. This would be a great purchase, to use stand-alone, if you play small-sized gigs. For larger gigs, or a loud band, you might need to mic it up or add another cab, such as a 15". I play in a band with one guitarist, drums, and a singer , and this cab works perfect for me. It is pricier than a lot of similar amps, but consider it an investment for your sound.
