This amp is amazing! I wanted to find a great acoustic amp to use with my Taylor 814-ce. I tried brands such as Ibanez, Marshall, and Crate. The Genz Benz Shenandoah Jr. was by FAR the best! It sounds amazing. It has effects built in also, such as chorus.
Great effects, Nice speakers, Deep bass, but very directional, so sit or stand close to it. Loud, but I don't get any unwanted feedback through this, even though it has minimal anti-feedback controls. I use a hybred electric with humbuckers and a Fishman Power Bridge/Power Chip and it sounds great with either magnetic or piezo. It has two channels, XLR inputs, and line out. Very solid feel, fantanstic sound. I have also owned Acoustasonic, Marshall, Peavey, and amny other acoustic amps. The only one that comes close is the SWR, but I like this better.
