I have owned the Ibanez TB100H since December 30th of 2005. I LOVE this cab. It is built like a tank, its surprisingly lightweight, and it sounds like heaven. It just pumps out loud sound like it's nothing. I have the ToneBlaster head with this cabinet, and I love to play at 10 volume and my bass at ten, and I wonder why the cabinet doesn't just explode. It just handles extremely loud and bassy volumes and(like I said)just pumps it out effortlessly. This cabinet is just flat-out amazing. I know alot of guitar players old and young alike who use this cabinet with whatever head they have just because of the sound of it. For example, I went to a show and asked one of the guitar players why he uses this cabinet(because he had a Crate head with a ToneBlaster cab)and he said he agrees with me that this cabinet is just incredible. It has a nice, tight, fat bottom end and a crisp, bright top. If you like a more trebly sound, or if you love bassy bottom end(which I do)This cabinet puts out. I love the casters, too. They make transportation so much easier, and they wheel this beast around smoothly. The Ibanez ToneBlaster 4x12 cabinet is a truly great speaker cab, and for the price, it's a steal. GET ONE NOW.
Great price, good quality. I bought it to replace a marshall mode 4 cab on the road after an accident. Three gigs later my crate bv300 head tore the speakers apart. Great volume, but no separation. Maybe running two cabs would of helped.
This cab is the best cab that I ever played. for the price that you pay for it, it sounds so much more then what you paid for it. The magnets are very powerful, so it can handle alot of watts from a head. I pair this cab with my marshall jcm2000 dsl. If you want beautiful warm clean, and mean crunch, there it is. This cab is a very good investment, for novice players on a budget or professional players who want to have great tone.
great for hardcore and rock
I bought the TB412 cabinet a few years ago when I really needed a new cabinet and didnt have much cash. I have to admit, I was sceptical about the "Power Jam" speakers but I've been thoughroughly impressed. I've been running this cab with a Peavey 5150 or about 3 years and its been great. Good sound, loud, nice low end, and it can handle anything I've put it through (tours, gigs, beer etc...)I really only have two complaints. Yhe casters are AWFUL! Also, the tolex covering is very easily damaged. All in all this is a great buy.
It works amazingly and it has good clarity. If cabs as cheep as these can handle what I am pumping through them then they're definitely a keeper on my rig list.
I just bought this cab and I love the sound. The design is awesome and it's big. I played our recent show with it and it sounds great.
I was in need for a cabinet and i was looking at marshall, randall, and mesa but i wasn't planning on spending too much money. i played this cabinet and it blew me away. i totally over looked it. it is loud it has 400 watts it sounds real good. I use a marshall 80 watt combo amp for a head. At the last show i played they had this band that played before me, and both guitarist had marshall JCM fullstacks they were loud but when i played i was louder and more clear than them. I highly recommend this cabinet.
I've been playing guitar for 6 yrs now. I've played numerous stacks and the Ibanez stack is the best I've found. I have owned one for 3 yrs now and I will never use another brand ever.
This cab is the best cab I ever played through, except for a Mesa Boogie. It has great response. Very cool bottom end, and high end.
