The thing that made me want this amp is the quality of the distortion. I am one of the pickiest people you will find when it comes to distortion, and this amp gets an A+ in my book. The harmonics ring out incredibly. If you like good distortion buy this amp.
This amp has it all. It small, loud and it sounds great. With the iPod/MP3 input it's the perfect amp for my kids. I bought one for my son and my daughter. They can practice quietly alone and rock out together. I can't wait to get my own.
This is a great amp.Im starting a band and this is the amp i use for practice.VERY powerful for its size.Great harmonics,Great distorsion,Amazing tone,Well made.My only complaint is that something in my amp rattles now(ive had it for about a year)
I've been playing guitar for about 5-6 months on a ESP EC 100QM and this amp. Its awesome!Great distortion, Lots of Punch and an amazing clean sound. Sometimes "pops" a little but an awesome starter amp anyway. Distortion is amazing and picks up tapping well too, the day I bought this amp I looked into buying a Marshall too but liked this better.
I have owned this for about a month now and am very pleased with it. Clean channel goes to a slight crunch when gain is turned up.X-channel starts where most small amps leave off. Very good sounds for metal without being overly digital sounding.decent sounds and quality you would expect from Ibanez.
I was at my local Ibanez dealership orginally looking for an amp head. After I got done ordering a Laney head I thought I should get an alternative practice amp so I wouldnt have to lug my halfstack to school and back everyday. As soon as I pluged into this amp I realized that this small amp has all the tone you could ever want. For a small amp it packs a punch that you have to hear to believe. This Amp Is Perfect for starters and pros alike.
