This does not sound anything like warm, overloaded tubes. It sounds solid-state, harsh and fuzzy.

In order to get anything close to a reasonable sound, I need to turn the treble on my bass all the way down. It doesn't have the growl or roar of tubes, it sounds buzzy, noisy and thin. The sound is unbearable if any treble is used or the input is at all high.
