A closed cab with room-shaking volume.

The Markbass CL 108 bass speaker cabinet is part of the Markbass Classic series of closed bass cabs with no bass ports. The CL 108 bass cab harkens back to the early days of loud rock 'n' roll when the actual speakers were heard but not seen. The dark cloth and black enclosure of the CL 108 cabinet hide 8 - 10" B&C neodynium woofers and a 1" compression driver with custom horn. With 1200W RMS power handling, the Markbass CL 108 will destroy whether it's on stage or in a rehearsal room.

  • B&C 10" neodymium woofers
  • 1" compression driver with custom horn
  • Great power-to-weight ratio
  • Made of high-grade, multi-ply poplar
  • Glued, screwed, and sealed internally with special compounds for maximum sound quality

The 1200W version of the Classic version will make an impression both visually and sonically. Order one today!

Comments about Markbass CL 108 Closed Neo 8x10 Bass Cabinet:

So, I went to The Rockshop. I told them I wanted something punchy and can handle alot of power as I tend to crank the amp and push it to the limits. So I tried the usual Ampeg 8x10 setup. Was alright. It was what I played on before at my church with a custom rack unit setup. He kept saying how punch the markbass was. So I looked the model 8x10 classic up and decided I will trade in my beautiful Yamaha's as a down-payment. So I totally forget about the cab because it took 3 months to come and I bought a car (smart right). We manage to fit it in the back of the 'stang and drove back to the studio. I am doing the custom rack unit idea and an hour ago received my line 6 G90 rack unit. This cab outperforms and when you direct line out of the signal and mic the cab it sounds amazing because you can work with both signals colored and uncolored. The guy in charge of sound at my church does not like going through the BBE tube pre-amp as he claims all he gets is the low end. Wednesday I will install the wireless and the rig will be stunning and I really don't think I'm ever going to sell this rig. EVER. it's amazing! I hope this company never goes under because I want lifetime support as I am keeping it til I die.... NO MATTER WHAT! shakes the walls and I have a 1,850 watt power amp so this thing can push way more than 1,200.GET IT DONT GET AMPEG! CREATE YOUR OWN TONE Dual speakon for daisy chain or for stereo operation. more power though on mono

Comments about Markbass CL 108 Closed Neo 8x10 Bass Cabinet:

Great cabinent. The sound of this cab is very impressive. These are made in Italy so they are a little more expensive than the Ampeg 810. I use an ampeg svt4 pro head and it sounds great with this cab, tried it head to head with ampeg 810 at guitar center and still the markbass had a stronger sound. My band practice space has a flight of stairs in front of it so it wokrs out great since it only weighs in at 90lbs, not to mention it can handle 1200 watts. Ampeg's 810 weighs 160lbs and can handle 800 watts. Try these cabs out and you'll be sold.
