OVERVIEW

Get ample power out of your head.

With an 800W digital power amp driving this beast, the Markbass Little Mark 800 bass amp head will satisfy any thirst for power. This high-power head is created for those who need simple, intuitive, and effective controls but also like to have a large supply of power and serious headroom.

A great choice for big-stage applications, and for louder bands, its sound is exceptionally warm and clear, both at low and high volumes. The ultra-fast response of the digital power amp allows the best reproduction of every minute detail in your playing.

The DI output features a pre-post EQ switch and output level control, so you can optimize the bass amp head's signal to the mixer or recording unit. In addition, a bonus XLR balanced input is included for amplifying most double bass microphones or pickups. The Markbass Little Mark 800's small size allows for easy transportation, but its sound is nothing short of professional.

The Vintage Loudspeaker Emulator (VLE) and Variable Preshape Filter (VPF) allow access to a wide array of timbres, from classic tones to modern hi-fi sound. Additional features on this bass amplifier head include four bands of equalization, line out control, and pre-post EQ switch for the XLR line out (on the rear panel).

One of the Best!!!!

Comments about Markbass Little Mark 800 Bass Amp Head:

I have had this head for two months now. Steady weekend gigs. It has surpassed all of my expectations. I also own a 2x10 Markbass combo that has been through the wringer without a hitch. The main reason I bought the LM 800 was my experience with the combo.

Comments about Markbass Little Mark 800 Bass Amp Head:

I gig several times a month decided to get a light weight amp. This amp has plenty of power for your standard bar gig and sounds great through a 4 OHM cabinet that can handle the output. I like the simplicity of the layout of the amp and getting a decent tone quickly is a piece of cake.

Comments about Markbass Little Mark 800 Bass Amp Head:

I play so many genres of music I was using 5 different bass amps. Bluegrass Gospel to Theater to Rock. What a pain to carry. Had always been a Fender Bassman fan. I friend bought a Jeff Berlin and loved it. So I ended up with a Little Mark 800 amp that I combine with different cabinets. Last night I played a Gospel Bluegrass event in a 500 person venue. They didn't have any subs in their inhouse system so I had to play thru my own system. I only had a 12" single cube with me. The soundman was shocked. It filled the whole room. I also use 4x10's cabinet and 1-15" for different types of music. I played a small gig this morning and I carried guitar, amp, cabinet, guitar stand in one trip!! Awesome!!! It's great. The best I've seen. I'm selling my Bassmans!!

        Power!!

Comments about Markbass Little Mark 800 Bass Amp Head:

I have used this at several larger venues and it is loud, powerful, and dependable, with such a great tone and absolutely no hiss --- I couldn't be happier. It his hard to believe so much punch comes from something this lightweight and small. Mine was a discounted "good condition" item but it has been a FIRST-RATE performer. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and how quickly it arrived with free shipping.

Comments about Markbass Little Mark 800 Bass Amp Head:

Every local bass player that owns a Bassmark amp has had their amp fail. At some point they will flip the on switch, have the power light come on but the amp does not power up. They can't get any service from Bassmark and now have an amp they can't use and can't fix. Just be aware of it before making a purchase that leave you with a fail with no recourse.

Comments about Markbass Little Mark 800 Bass Amp Head:

This is a great bass head. Light, powerful, clean, and dependable. It serves our rock/reggae/blues trio at least once a week in Panajachel's premier live music venue (a relatively small, elongated club). There, coupled with a Markbass NY 804, a neighbor nearby complains that the bass "rumble" is too much. For outdoor gigs, I add on a Markbass Traveler 121H, on the other side of the stage, and the combined sound is incredible. The electricity in Panajachel is sketchy, at times, but the head never seems to mind. One fine product.

Comments about Markbass Little Mark 800 Bass Amp Head:

I had the little mark 3 for years and loved it but needed a little more juice. Saw this on sale and jumped on it. Sounds great, travels well, and it cranks. Great amp, but definitely get the travel case also.
