This Marshall full stack includes a 1959HW head, a 1960AHW angled extension cab, and a 1960BHW straight extension cab.

Marshall 1959HW Handwired Plexi Head

The Marshall 1959HW amp head is a handwired reissue of a circa 1967 100W Superlead head. Since 1967 when the JMP (Jim Marshall Products) Plexi panels were introduced, the Superlead head has been the benchmark for all-tube distortion and tight crunch. Tube lineup includes 4 EL34s in the power section and 3 ECC83s in the preamp. True bypass effects loop, 3-band EQ, and presence control.

Marshall 1960AHW & 1960BHW 120W 4x12 Extension Cabinets

The 1960AHW and 1960BHW are hand-soldered, 120W, mono, 16-ohm 4x12" guitar speaker cabinets with salt 'n' pepper grille cloths, metal handles, loaded with reissue 30W Celestion G12H speakers.

This Stack Screams!

Comments about Marshall 1959HW, 1960AHW, and 1960BHW Tube Guitar Full Stack:

I just bought this amp with my inheritance from my mother's untimely death and all I can say is "Wow". From the gleaming brass control panel to the sturdy salt-and-pepper grille, this amp is built ROCK solid. I play mostly reggae and folk, but dabble in other genres. For every type of music imaginable, this amp was built for it. From my crimson red Squier Affinity Series Stratocaster to my Epiphone Les Paul Junior, this amp screams! Nothing is perfect, however. I would have liked for this amp to come in the purple tolex like other Marshall amplifiers, but you cannot win them all. Buy this amp!

All the things you hear about how great Marshall amps are comes to life with this one. The standard of the industry, the icon of greatness, the penultimate expression of power. It really does make a difference whether you use the real thing or some imitation. Now I truly understand why these are so revered. And Musicians Friend is the best place to get one.
