Comments about Marshall 2x12 Vertical Slant Guitar Cabinet:

I got this to go with a 100 watt Marshall Valvestate head that I got used on CL, and as an extension cabinet for other tube combos in my collection. Picked the vertical cab because I don't have much horizontal space in my music room. This cab fits the bill. I am familiar with these Celestion Seventy 80 speakers from my Marshall DSL40C. I like them for their clear, crisp sound, nice low end, and versatility. This cab has a great sound consistent with those speakers, and doesn't disappoint. The cabinet itself is sturdy and well-made. And I have it on a short riser, which brings the head into easy reach for knob adjustments. I don't expect to move the cab out of the house for gigs, so I can't speak to the durability. Would want a road case to move it, so I'm sure with care that it will last.

Comments about Marshall 2x12 Vertical Slant Guitar Cabinet:

I have only had this for a couple of weeks. It seems to be well built. I'm not a professional gigging musician so its not going to be tossed in and out of a pickup truck or van very often. But I take care of my stuff anyway so thats not an issue. The speakers sound great. I you tubed Celestion seventy 80's for a week and these sounded fantastic and in many videos better than vintage 30's. I think the price was very good. I was looking for a 2x12 slant cab and the choices were this, a Carvin and a Mesa Boogie. I'm glad I found this. The Carvin was not as wide as this and my amp would not fit as good as this one. I use a Blackstar HT-20 head and that fits nicely on top of this. I just think this was a really good deal on a 2x12 slant cab that is hard to find anywhere.

Comments about Marshall 2x12 Vertical Slant Guitar Cabinet:

I was on the fence wondering if it would sound as good as my 1960 Slant I was shocked it rocks. If your undecided dont hesitate great gigging cab for my Haze 15 or DSL 15 heads. Easy to transport and all the classic Marshall tones you would expect!

Comments about Marshall 2x12 Vertical Slant Guitar Cabinet:

I play rhythm through a Quilter MicroPro head. I strive for good low-end. This 212 responds better than most 412 cabs I've had. The angled baffle makes it easy to hear myself. Just 50-lbs and loads very easy. I can see getting a second 212 for stereo.

Comments about Marshall 2x12 Vertical Slant Guitar Cabinet:

Short and Sweet,,,Great cab for somone who LOVES 70/80's Celestions...I thought to give it the benefit of the doubt in my recording studio, but Naw....didn't work out..I''ll stick it out with my Vintage 30's...not saying it is a bad sounding cab,,,it's not for me,since i am so used to the warmer tone of the V30's, the 70/80's is bright, and good for whomever likes that tone! Nothing remotely bad to say!
