OVERVIEW

Combines or splits two input signals to two output sources with built-in level control.

The Morley Twin Mix is designed to route two input signals to two output sources. Each input has its own level control to balance different input levels. Each input also has a mute switch. LED Indication shows which input signal is engaged or muted. When using only Output A, both inputs are combined and routed to output A. When using both Output A and Output B, each input is routed to its own output (Input 1 goes to Output A, Input 2 goes to Output B).

The Twin Mix powers up from one 9V battery or optional Morley 9V 300mA adapter (our sku #150796, center polarity is negative). Remove bottom cover via 4 Phillips head screws to gain access to battery compartment.

Important note: This device is intended for use with passive audio signals, do not use this device on powered speaker lines or you will damage the amp and/or speaker.

Comments about Morley Twin Mix ABY Switcher Splitter Combiner:

This A/B pedal covers it all. This is not your simple A/B switching Pedal. Morley knew that when you switch from one source to another (as in 2 guitars) your'e going to lose some dynamics due to pick up brands, configuration, signal sharing, volume drop etc. This pedal corrects all that with independent input 1 and 2 rotary boost volume knobs for each source, which keeps you from having to re-adjust settings at the amp source.

Comments about Morley Twin Mix ABY Switcher Splitter Combiner:

I love the fact that Morley has come out with all of these different specialized switch boxes but they could up the game a bit on the switches. I suspect it will get better with use but there is sometimes a bit of a pop when muting. However, the signal path is very clean. I can guess that some will argue because they are using the gain pots to boost the signal and (as in all cases) that will add noise. But at unity it's pretty darned quiet and completely without color. What you put in is what you get out and that's GREAT. I don't know how many people will have use for this particular model but it works great with my Godin A6 Ultra to turn on and off the acoustic or electric feed to the two different amps and also to allow me to get a bit more or less gain from each signal, to taste.
