Basically its like this; when looking for a versatile tube combo I was put off by orange amps because it seemed to be alot of money for not alot of features (even lacks on board reverb). But what you pay for is alot of amp, and alot of awesome tone. 30 watts louder than you are ever gonna need, any louder and the venue will have a sufficient PA. No EQ but a bass/treb control for clean and a mid control for dirty. The single most responsive mid control I have ever used. fx loop is great too. Clean channel is very good but the OD...so good, so warm, so fat. Cant speak to reliability because I havent gigged it enough, but the cab is very solid (like all orange amps), intelligent layout with the tubes and chassis and such. I feel like I could throw it off my balcony and it would still work XD. Single coils or humbuckers, from larry carlton to metallica this amp has you covered.

I ordered this amp and I was very happy to finally to get my hands on one. Being made in China, I did find it being a sketchy buy. And unfortunately, the worst happened. I played on it as soon as I got it, and the clean channel tube blew. I was devastated! I immediately sent it back to get fixed, and now that it is, I love it. I totally got past the blown clean channel incident. The clean are warm and can give you some of the best warm blues tone to a bright clean. The dirty channel is incredibly versatile. You can go from classic 70s tone to scoop mids metal tone.This is a working man's amp. Instead of carrying around a half-stack, this sucker will get the job done at band practice and shows. This is a really loud amp for it's size. I plan on pairing it with a 2x12 cab soon to get a complete set up. I am very happy with this amp. The Clean Tube incident did not phase my love for this amp. You should definitely give it a try.

Going from a Marshall JVM410H to this was quite the shock. I live in a small apartment, so 100W of Marshall goodness was just way, way, way too powerful for me and the stack was taking up space in my living room! In comes the TH30 with a nice, vintage-sounding clean tone and a faux-Marshall, yet serviceable dirty tone. After owning this thing for about 2 or 3 weeks, the clean channel just goes kaput! After looking over the board with a tech, he finds mismatched capacitors and blown resistors, also a totally blown volume pot. I never had such issues with any Fender or Marshall amp that I'd owned. Who put this thing together?!? (The Chinese, of course) The clean channel on this (when it works) really does sound nice and warm (think 'Ten Years Gone' by Led Zeppelin) and the dirty is great for anything from classic rock to Black Sabbath (Metallica is pushing it, and scooping all of the mids on this comes close to a Deftones sound but not quite). There is no reverb on this amp, and just not a lot of EQ-type shaping options. The pro (if you're lucky enough to own one that works) is the ability to go from 30W to 15W to 7W without losing a lot of tone. I'm already saving up for my old Marshall back and wishing I would have taken the "Made In China" thing a little bit more seriously.
